REFLECTION PAPER
I gained a lot of insights on the lessons in module 1. It changes my perspective in life. As I go along in the lesson, it encourages me not just to stay
on what you know and you believe but needs to grow and adopt the changes in our environment and to the work where God put us.
I realized that I am weak in almost areas of the 21 st century literacy. I have some of the literacy but most of the areas need improvement. I need to
work hard to improve these literacies to be equipped and ready to become an important agent towards my pupils to become productive members of 21st
century societies. Acquiring the 21st century literacies are not attainable only in just a twinkling of an eye. It needs a couple of years to familiarize and to
develop within yourself.
Nowadays, we belong to a fast-paced society where technology emerged. Even in our instruction, we need to use technology to make the lesson
more understandable and interesting to the 21 st century learners. As a modern-day teacher, we need to possess these new areas of learning and must strive
to acquire them so that we may be able to impart to our pupils.
As I make my Personal Lifelong Learning Plan (PLLP), I have that feeling of fear that I may not able to accomplish the things that I have written. I
have to give my best to perform and carry out my PLLP to be an effective and efficient 21st century teacher.
I believe that my PLLP will help me grow my whole personhood and achieve my goal in equipping myself to these literacies so that in turn, teach
these literacies to my pupils and help them become ready for this century and beyond.
