Procedure: 4A Facilitation Plan
A. Preparatory
Stage 1. Preliminaries: Prayer (each day has an assigned prayer leader
and will quote 1 verse from the bible) checking of attendance
(based on seat plan)

2. Students are expected that they have studied ahead of time

regarding the topic.

3. Students will be asked to bring-out their reading/research

notes of the topic or assigned readings.

B. Learning
Stage
1. Activity
Review of the previews topic will be done. Transition will be
done by connecting/linking the previous and current topics.

2. Analysis
The students will be asked to reflect the following questions?
After which they will have dyad discussions with their
partner.

How important is research in the work of HR?

In what aspect of HR work will the use of criteria be
incorporated?

3. Abstraction
The teacher will present the course objectives, that at the end
of the learning period, the students will be able to:

1. Explain the Philippines general labor standard or requirements.

2. Describe the current labor relations issues in the country.
3. Identify Labor Relation best practices.

A facilitative discussion will be done based on the input or

information presented by the students in class. The student
will be to write on the board the information (based on the
assigned readings) that they think is important and relevant.
They are to write concepts and pertinent information in the
following context:
