Ingredients for the Shucos
First, chop and place the cabbage in a bowl with water on the fire until it is
cooked.
Then, heat the bread on the grill or in the oven until it is roasted.
Roast the meat, sausages and chorizo on the grill.
Then, prepare the guacamole by extracting the pulp from the avocados,
crushing them in a bowl and pouring salt to taste.
