AGREEMENT/CONTRACT

CONDITIONS:
● Weddings & Events Professionals Team’s role will be the over-all in charge of the
wedding.
● There will be customized or fix packages provided for the client, which ever they
have chosen.
● Inclusions shall be stated upon signing this contract together with the client and
Weddings & Events Professionals Team.
● WEP Team’s food during Pre-nuptial shoot and Wedding day will provided by the
client.
● By any chance we need to adjust and make some changes will be decided by the
Weddings & Professionals Team.

FEES/COMPENSATION: 44
For the services you will pay the total of P400,000.00. Payment will be made upon
signing of contract.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
The following services will be provided as part of the Wedding Package:
SERVICES/SPECIFICS QUANTITY
Full Styling (ceremony Aisle, reception overall set
up/décor, bouquets for female entourage and Bride,
Boutonnières for the male entourage and Groom)
Hair & Make Up Artists max. of 10pax (Bridesmaids, Maid
of Honor, Both Parents of Bride & Groom, Flower Girls &
Bride). FREE HMUA during prenup shoot.
RENTALS for the Entourage includes 5 Bridesmaids &
Groomsmen, 5 Junior Bridesmaids & Groomsmen, 1 Maid
of Honor & 1 Best Man, 1 Matron of Honor & Man of
Honor, 3 bearers, 3 flower girls)
Wedding Gown (1st User)

3 Layer Wedding Cake (Customize)

Photo and Video Coverage with SDE (Prenup Photoshoot,


Wedding highlights and edited pictures will be available
after 6 months)
Host/Emcee during reception

Photobooth Unlimited for 2hrs

Invitations (40pcs)

Full Coordination (from preparation to the wedding day)

Sounds & Lights w/ Widescreen Projector

Food & Venue good 100pax (4 main dishes, 1 dessert, 1


round of soft drinks, Rice)

TERM/TERMINATION:
This agreement will terminate automatically upon completion of the services required
by this letter of agreement.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS:
Any changes/cancellation made to this contract must be made in writing and signed by
all parties.

In the event the wedding couple is forced to change the date of the wedding, every
effort will be made by Weddings & Events Professionals to transfer location
reservations, sub-contractors and The Wedding Team support to the new date. The
wedding couple agrees that in the event of a date change any expenses including but
not limited to deposits and fees that are non-refundable and non-transferable are the
sole responsibility of the wedding couple. There may also be additional charges above
and beyond those set in the original contract. The wedding couple further understands
that last minute changes can impact the quality of the event and that The Wedding
Team is not responsible for these compromises in quality.

If the bridal couple changes the date/location of the wedding and the wedding planner
is unavailable to provide services, then the wedding planner is released from all contract
obligations and shall in no way be held responsible or liable for non-performance. The
couple also forfeits all costs for non-compliance with this agreement.

Weddings & Events Professionals will always do its best to find the top suppliers
wherever the wedding location is, but we cannot be held responsible for any
supplier/service provider’s performance or product.

Cancellation by the bride & groom:


In the event of a cancellation, refunds are limited to unearned fees. Deposits are non
refundable and any earned fee will have to be paid in full within 30 days of cancellation.

Cancellation by Weddings & Events Professionals:


Should Weddings & Events Professionals be unable to perform any specific tasks in the
planning of a wedding, due to the wedding planner illness or hospitalization, unearned
fees will be refunded and we will do our best to find a substitute Wedding Planner.

ACTS OF GOD:
If an act of God, such as fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural calamity shall cause you
to cancel your wedding; we will require payment only for the time actually spent
planning your wedding.
