 I'm Frank Machalowski, a German award winning photographic artist and
photographer, born in Berlin who lives and work in Leipzig today.
After studying Economics in Berlin and applying myself to various
trades I work as a freelance photographer and artist since 2011.
I first got into photography as a hobby and at the beginning I was
mainly into digital photography, but then I started shifting back to
film as I found the charming characteristics and atmosphere of
film photography to be more fascinating. Today i even develop and
print the most of my photos by my own. My major areas of interest are
the city and the country side, these two opposite fields with all
their major differences and their potential for a perfect interaction
become more and more attractive to me.

Some photographs of my series 'monster', 'multiexpo' and 'tierwald'

were shown in Germany, France, USA, UK and Italy at renowned galleries
and festivals. I'm part of a permanent collection of the Bibliotheque
nationale de France in Paris.
For my artistic projects i work mainly with analogue photographic
techniques.

 I'm Frank Machalowski, a German award winning photographic artist and

In this series i show analog multiple exposures of european citys

 Flora is a young fine art photographer from Hungary. She uses exquisite
photo manipulation to create surreal images
that are thematically focused on identity, relationships, emotions and
dreams. Her immaculate technique and subtle conceptual
ideas create beautiful evocations of universal emotions, from lust and
desire to despair and loss.

Flora at once captures the complex strength and fragility of the human
psyche. She expertly visualises dark fantasies and
atmospheric dreams, utilising the uncanny and clever metaphor, while
unlocking what it means to think, feel, dream and express in the urban
world.
Her work often features the female body and she plays with hiding and
revealing the eyes or face to leave only the feminine form,
exploring questions of female representation and the relationship between
body and self.

Flora has exhibited internationally with solo exhibitions in Europe and

the USA, and has most notably taken part in the “Continental Shift”
group exhibition at Saatchi Gallery. She has also exhibited at the Louvre,
France. Her ethereal aesthetic has won multiple art prizes and garnered
critical
acclaim from press including The Guardian’s Observer and BBC Culture.
Her artwork was the face of Adobe Photoshop in 2014.

 Nature inspires me a lot. My hope is that, my art will serve their
purposes, remind us of how is human-nature relationship supposed to
be, beautiful, harmonious, and living side by side.

Using only black watercolour (mostly), I try to create unique

relationship between human and nature. My subject are often children
and animal because they are honest, sincere, unprejudiced and
unpretentious. It will be easier for people to feel the emotions.
They give me so much inspiration for particular mood or atmosphere,
such as tranquility, solemnity, and also wilderness and freedom,
which I put on my paintings.

I currently live and work in Indonesia.

soul funk jazz and pyschadelic for 10 years before I started photography.

 My name is Carla de la Matta. I am known as Carla DLM in the photography
