If I have a lot of money, I will make a restaurant. For me, part of the fun in eating out at restaurant
is the fact that it’s an unhurried social experience, with plenty of time to interact with your dining
companions. There’s something about the restaurant setting that encourages relaxed conversation
and enjoyment of food and beverage. For this to happen, though, a number of ingredients must be
in place.Why do I want to open a restaurant?
because, restaurants I have visited in Jakarta mostly have good interiors, but the food is not quality.
I don't want to make a restaurant that doesn't taste the food. This restaurant is open 24 hours.
Service is a key issue. Again, it’s a question of balance, and it’s another area where I must tend to
notice it more if it is bad. Good service is unselfconscious, it’s unfussy and it’s appropriately
attentive. First, I have to create a concept. The concept will then form a public mindset and give
a certain by pression of the restaurant, so they can know what they will eat. The choice of
restaurant concept is an important first step to take a series of other decisions, such as location
selection, equipment purchase, employee recruitment, and marketing strategies needed.
This restaurant has 2 floors, where the first floor is indoor and outdoor. Outside, I want to create a
dining atmosphere like mine in nature. For example by making many Saung and adding fish ponds
to make the atmosphere more beautiful. I will also plant green grass and be given a small path.
On the first floor is the main kitchen of the restaurant. I want to use a reliable chef to create special
food. I will design a dining room with a comfortable feel like being in a modern kitchen.

used to make the bench is teak wood. I will order specifically from Yogyakarta. on the first floor
there is also a coffee bar that contains various Indonesian coffees. Coffee menu consist of real
beans, cappuccino, latte, frappucino and others. visitors can make coffee according to their own
taste in the coffee bar.
On the second floor is the favorite place in my restaurant. I will design like a restaurant in Italy,
with white walls. For chairs I will use a sofa that is brown or dark blue. Every weekend night, I
will invite a band to entertain visitors. They can even request or sing their favorite songs. Although
these are very simple suggestions they can really make a room come alive.
Other facilities that I will provide are free wifi and a children's playground slide. I design in great
detail. besides to realize my dream, so that all visitors feel comfortable and happy, so they want to
always come to my restaurant. I hope the restaurant that I make is decent and can be appreciated
by everyone. If there is turbulence in the restaurant, I hope this can handle it well.
