Empanelment Notice
Terms and Conditions for Empanelment of Agencies with C&DMA for Wall
Paintings Work with Decorative Theme as Part of Poster Free Initiative across
110 ULBS by Andhra Pradesh Urban Finance and Infrastructure Development
Corporation (APUFIDC) Ltd:

1. The agencies who are empanelled with C&DMA can only apply for tendering
of Poster free works
2. The painting work should be of high quality with good themes and materials
as per IS & APDSS. In case the work is not up to the standard, penalty as
considered appropriate, will be imposed.
3. The interested agencies from all ULBs should provide copies of their
organisation, details of the work, Artists details wherever applicable for
empanelment.
4. The empanelment will be valid for a period of one year. However, APUFIDC
Ltd reserves the right to annul the empanelment at any time without assigning
any reason or call for a fresh empanelment.
5. APUFIDC Ltd reserves its right not to accept offers from agencies resorting to
unethical practices or on whom investigation/enquiry proceedings have been
initiated by the Government Investigating Agencies/ Vigilance Cell/courts.
6. The New proposals will be addressed to the Managing Director, APUFIDC Ltd
and to be submitted in the office of APUFIDC Ltd, 2nd floor, ASR & ESR
Plaza, MG Inner Ring Road, Guntur, AP – 522509
7. Assessment of the proposals submitted by agencies will be done by a
Committee constituted for the purpose. The committee will evaluate proposals
of agencies based on profile track record and other related issues and may
call for additional information, if required. Agencies having in-house expertise
will be given preference.
Criteria of Evaluation
8. The agency must have wide experience in painting of the Institutional,
residential, Public and Semi-public, commercial buildings, compound walls
and medians with decorative themes
9. Minimum Two years’ experience in painting in the above mentioned area in
any reputed Government/Public sector organizations is required/preferable. In
 case of no experience in Government /Public sector organizations, experience
in private sectors will also be considered.
10. Minimum 5 artists are required for an agency to qualify (considering minimum
area for work as 1000 Sq.ft.)

11. Performance of the agency will be reviewed periodically and those agencies
whose performance is not upto the mark and those agencies who are not
regular in participation will be taken off from the empanelled list.
12. APUFIDC Ltd reserves the right to cancel partially/entire process of
empanelment without any notice at any point of time.

vigilance agencies/ courts.
