I am a certified welding inspector by the American welding society. I have had over
seven years experience in, QA/QC engineering, In-service welding
engineering/inspection, Pipping and Structural (Piles,FLET, Buoyancy Tank & etc)
fabrications, NDT, quality management in various construction projects. I am
conversant with SMAW, FCAW, SAW, GTAW welding processes. Good
understanding of Isometric drawings and P&IDs. I have a broad knowledge of
international inspection codes (ASME SEC. IX, ASMESEC., VIII DIV 1, ASME SEC
V, ASME B31.3,AWS D1.1, API 1104).My knowledge base, personal motivation,

• Prepares and Qualify PQR and Record as run parameters during qualification.
• Supervision of quality control activities as it pertains to welding and piping, Structural
inspection both in yard and on site in compliance with WPS/Drawing and project

▪ monitored welding consumables storage conditions with regards to humidity level
and temperature as per approved procedure and signed off consumable log.
▪ Reviewed PRE-WPS prior to approval for PQR.
▪ Checked machined coupons for PQR to ensure that the joint is as per PRE-WPS.
▪ Checked Coupon fit up before PQR qualification and signed off fit up
report.
