DEED OF DONATION WITH ACCEPTANCE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF DONATION is made and executed by:

Kim R. Chui of legal age, widow, Filipino and a resident of

Banker’s Village, Jaro, Iloilo City, Philippines, hereinafter called the
DONOR;
-and-

Geraldo A. Andoyson, of legal age, Filipino, president of BAHAY

TAHANAN FOUNDATION, an institutional orphanage located at Tabuc
Suba, Jaro, Iloilo City, Philippines hereinafter called the DONEE;

WITNESSETH:

That the DONOR is the owner of parcel of land, Lot 876, TCT-
09876 more particularly described as follows, to wit:

“A parcel of land, situated at the Municipality of Pototan. Bounded

on the NE by Lot No. 9970; on the SE by Lot No. 7860; on the SW by Lot
No. 186; and on the NW by Lot 873, containing an area of one thousand
five hundred and square meters (1,500sq. m), more or less”

That for and in consideration for charity purposes to be use by the

DONEE, the said DONOR by these presents TRANSFERS and
CONVEYS unto the said DONEE, the above-described parcel of land,
free from all liens and encumbrances;

That the DONOR does hereby state, for the purpose of giving full
effect to this donation, that she has reserved for herself in full ownership
sufficient property to support her in a manner appropriate to her needs;
and

ACCEPTANCE

That the DONEE hereby accepts this donation of the above-

described parcel of land of the DONOR, and hereby expresses her
gratitude for the kindness and liberality of the DONOR.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the DONOR and DONEE have

hereunto set their hands on this 8th day of April 2019 at Iloilo City,
Philippines.
