I Believe i knew about this event from Social Media, while the news popped up i followed the website

for more details. I also learn about this event from my friend following the success of previous multi-
national event which is Asian Games 2018, there i have managed to participate with great experience
and determination until the event was finished. While volunteering in precedent event (Asian Games
2018) i was given task to escort the participant delegation from a certain country. Following the
previous experience and interest, i believe i could give more effort for this event with good intention
and determination.

I am an employer currently in high profile online course application. I am graduated from university with
great reputation and acknowledgement mastering degree of political science. I have adequate
knowledge and understanding about nations especially in South East Asia. With great understanding and
great knowledge, i believe i could apply my knowledge in the area which require the great interaction
between countries. While i consider myself adequate in this area of volunteering, i also like to propose
my good communication skill, tidy personality, and punctuative in persepective of time management. Of
course there are areas where i could be better at some point, especially in managing self-assured
personality. Acknowledging what area i am lacking of, i always remember that in order to be succeeded
at many task i could force myself to be confident without managing to lose concentration and great
traits from preceding.

My professional reason is to be representing my country in terms of participating in this muti-national

event. By partcipating with sufficient effort it could increase my experience and work attitude, as a part
of forging myself to be a better person and to succeed with the event. While i consider to develop
myself within my participation, in other perspective i would love to see the succession of this multi-
national event, so my prime focus is always to bring the success to this event. From more personal
reason, i also a big fan of every multi-national event, therefore it should give a massive boost towards
my working attitude.

I have managed to participate in previous multi-national event, the 18th Asian Games held in my
Country. There i am volunteering in the business of assisting delegation (in personal and groups), i
manage to assist the NOC (National Olympic Committee) in many sports, and also providing services of
interests for the delegation country, i also in charge of reminding for the schedule of events and
communicating with the person in charge for Transportation. In bold line, my task there is to assisting
delegations with service of their interest.

I always believe that to be accepted in a group with different backgrounds is to be humble and willing to
listen. I believe those traits are important in order to be accepted in group, with adopting those attitude,
another great attitudes soon will follow.

Yes, i will. I have already have plans for my schedule and my job would not hinder my participation.

I believe i still had many difficulties in leading a group. The reason is that i am still lacking of self-
confidence to rub off in my group. Therefore, i am willing to join the group but not as a leader, where i
could do as instructed with great result.
