This is a simple model of a customer service centre where two types of customers (man
and lady) arrives first at reception then wait for their token for the representatives to help
their query. Representative 1 is a major technician and may send customer to counter 1
for retail parts required for the product (based on uniform distribution). The customers
leave when they are served. The customer arrival rate depends on poisson distribution
and representative service time on uniform distribution.

This is the model of manufacturing and assembly of nut and bolt where bolt is machined
and assembled with nut and then pushed to inspection, weighing and packaging machines
respectively. Inspection and Packaging machines takes parts in batches. Parts arrival rates
are fixed. Conveyers are also used after assembling the parts.

This is the model of a garage where car arrival rate depends on poisson distribution and
there are 2 types of service, repairing and tuning with 3 stations each consisting of 4
technicians who are assigned to multiple stations randomly. Some cars will leave after
repairing while some move to tuning station which require tuning. Cycle time depends on
uniform distribution.

This is the model of assembly plant of bell in which bells are assembled from 2 parts.
Conveyers are used for transportation and scraps are present in the model. Assembled
bells are packed in packaging machine in batches.

This is a Model of an Oil Refinery of Crude Oil which is refined three times in refiner_1,
refiner_2, refiner_3 yielding Light Distillates, Middle Distillates and Heavy Distillates
respectively. (Oil arrival rate and flow rates are continuous and fixed)
