sugar, salt and fat content
 Seek for a well balanced diet
3. Sleep  Achieve at least 8-hours of sleep a day
 Sleep in a comfortable environment
 Try meditation before sleeping
4. Time Management  Set schedule for every activity
 Have time for yourself
 Do everything in its respective time

5. Socialization  Do not Isolate yourself
 Initiate interactions with friends and
family. Call them, invite them over, have
a party, exercise together, eat at a
restaurant,

problems
