1. Kindly provide detailed plans (structural and architectural) of the Mezzanine for Blocks 3, 4 and 7.

2. Please confirm if there is an interior partition for each block. Kindly provide details if the said partition
is part of the scope.

3. Kindly confirm if who will haul the existing materials left by the previous contractor on site.

4. Based on drawing,some scopes are to be done by tenant like the finishes for ceiling but on BOQ there
is a quantity given. Please advise if we will give an offer on the said scope.

5. Please advise what will govern.The specifications indicated in the table of schedule or the one
indicated on plans?

6. Please advise if STP or septic tank is part of our scope. Kindly provide details for each block.

7. Please advise if what type of finish is WF-2a for Block 3 and kindly provide details.
