Market.
AVANT TALENT GROUP
Avant recruits nurses for difficult to fill vacancies. They recruit only in countries with a
surplus in this profession. Their experienced Dutch teachers teach the nurses to write
and speak Dutch before they come to the Netherlands. Affordable housing for the
nurses is also provided by Avant.
Avant recruits motivated and certified nurses from abroad who want to work in the
