SCORE: 2 (poor)
----- TEXT:
The work presents machine leaning as well as deep learning classifiers. Thus, the title
does not reflect the content well.
----------- Referneces -----------
SCORE: 2 (poor)
----- TEXT:
The authors did not follow the Springer format when they wrote this work.
----------- Language -----------
SCORE: 1 (very poor)
----- TEXT:
the paper needs professional proofreading. Many sentences end with wrong punctuation
marks
see e.g. at the Abstract "Regression (MLP) and Decision Tree Algorithm. and presented
an analysis of the data" the transaction from the previous sentence to the second is not
clear"
- What did the authors mean by VI. FEATURE WORK?? Did they mean "Future work?""
please correct the words.
----------- The order of presentation -----------
SCORE: 2 (poor)
----------- The Abstract -----------
SCORE: 2 (poor)
----- TEXT:
The last sentences are not clear "analysis of the data for each algorithm" what did the
authors mean by "the data of the algorithm" and How they differentiate between this
sentence and the second part of the sentence "and its Performance"?????
in addition, abstract should highlights some finding results which are missing in abstract.

- The paper should be blended and the authors should to remove their names.
----------- The Introduction -----------
SCORE: 1 (very poor)
----- TEXT:
It is obvious that the authors confused between what should be written in Introduction
part and in the Methodology. The introduction should presents the research problem or
the motivation, the gap in the literature, and the paper organization. However, the part
presented in this work looks like a methodology.
----------- The Research Problem -----------
very poor presented
----------- The methodology -----------
SCORE: 2 (poor)
----- TEXT:
The settings of LSTM classifier are poorly described as well as DT. It is not clear which
DT algorithms were used.
The dataset description is also missing.
----------- The findings -----------
SCORE: 3 (fair)
----- TEXT:
The distribution of temperature is not normal. It is necessary to normalize the data
before.
----------- The quality of figures -----------
SCORE: 1 (very poor)
----- TEXT:
Font used in paragraphs is different. Look to page 3 and 4 Are they the same??
Some figures are missing captures and many are taken from Internet without reference.

----------- The Importance of the Topic -----------

SCORE: 4 (good)
----------- Originality -----------
SCORE: 4 (good)
----------- Title -----------
SCORE: 4 (good)
----- TEXT:
The title should be very specific and describe the current paper. You may indicate the
method used and the place also (Mecca) in the title.
----------- Referneces -----------
SCORE: 3 (fair)
----- TEXT:
Many references were used, but few of them are recent and up to date.

You need to add more recent references.

----------- Language -----------
SCORE: 1 (very poor)
----- TEXT:
The language is very poor. You must send the paper for a professional proofreading. The
paper language is not acceptable at all in this current form.
----------- The order of presentation -----------
SCORE: 2 (poor)
----- TEXT:
Reogranize the paper section. For example:

III. SYSTEM MODEL should be : Methods

in this section you can describe the methods used. Avoid the details. Try to summarise
as you can.
No need to describe the well known methods such as DT.

- IV. EXPERIMENT should be Experimental Design

- V. RESULTS AND ANALYSIS should be: V. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

----------- The Abstract -----------
SCORE: 3 (fair)
----- TEXT:
The abstract should the one paragraph.
----------- The Introduction -----------
SCORE: 2 (poor)
----- TEXT:
It is too long. No need to include more well known information. Just highlight the area and
what is the problem, what is the gab. Then, what you are going to do in this paper.
----------- The Research Problem -----------
It is not well described. You need to describe it well in introduction part.
----------- The methodology -----------
SCORE: 2 (poor)
----- TEXT:
Revise the paper to include: the methods and experimental design section.
----------- The findings -----------
SCORE: 1 (very poor)
----- TEXT:
The figures and results shown are very poor. We can not see easily the performance of
the proposed methods. Use simple ways to show the results. I suggest you to just use
the Table to show the accuracy and other measures for different methods. Indicate which
one is better for prediction.
----------- The quality of figures -----------
SCORE: 1 (very poor)
----- TEXT:
Improve the quality of the figures. It is not acceptable at all in this current form. The
figures do not have X & Y labels. Also, no titles for figures after Fig 11?
Revise them all and remove the un-necessary ones.
----------- Overall evaluation and comments to authors -----------
SCORE: 1 (weak accept)
----- TEXT:
See the comments above. Consider them all before you submit the Camera Ready
paper.

in addition:

- Combine the future work and conclusion in one section. Put the future work at the end.
- You must proofread you paper. It is a must.
- You must improve the Figures quality. It is a must.
- You must improve the results section. Do not put table in the conclusion. Show the
results in a propoer way and discuss it: which one is the best and why?
- Use up to date references.
