1. Download the Table of Corrections template, Revised Paper Sample, Camera Ready
Paper template and Copyright Form from IRICT 2019 website (Registration
page: http://irict.co/irict2019/registration/ ).
2. Revise your paper by considering all the suggestions and comments of the reviewers.
Please, be noted that the normal number of pages is 8-10, and the maximum number of
pages is 12 with extra USD 20 or RM 80 per page (The paper must be in Springer
template uploaded in IRICT 2019 website).
3. Upload the below files to EasyChair system (update your existing submission in
EasyChair):
I. The Table of Corrections and your Revised Paper as single PDF file. Please provide
(i) a Table of corrections made to your paper according to the suggestions and
comments of the reviewers and (ii) the final revised paper with changes highlighted in
bold. Place the Table of Corrections before the revised paper and combine them as one
single PDF file. The Revised Paper Sample can be downloaded from the Registration
page in the conference website.
II. Your Camera Ready Paper in .docx formatting. Please make sure to proofread your
paper and use images / formulas (if any) with high quality. The affiliations and email
addresses of all authors must be included in this Camera Ready Paper.
IV. For the registration, the Proof of Payment (PDF file) must be uploaded using
Easychair system.
V. If you are a student in one of the organising universities, you need to submit your
Student Matric ID to EasyChair.
VI. A Readme file (PDF file) giving the name and email address of the corresponding
author.
VII. High Quality Figures (if any) must be included in the paper and uploaded as
separate files: (Figures .zip).
VIII. If Proofreading is required to your paper, please upload the evidence of the editing
to EasyChair. In this regard, we would like to inform you that we received a special offer
(discount of 30%) to all IRICT 2019 papers from UK Professional Proofreading
(www.pproofreading.co.uk). More details will be sent to you later.
4. The deadline to submit all the above files (except iv and v) is 1st of Aug 2019. All
Camera Ready Papers submitted after this deadline will not be considered for publication
in Springer book series as we have to send the Proceedings to Springer after this
deadline immediately.
5. Please make sure that the Camera Ready paper (including the references) follow the
conference template, which can be downloaded from: http://irict.co/irict2019/registration.
Please format it carefully.
6. Please ensure that the similarity is less than 20%. Only papers with acceptable
similarity will be considered by Springer.
7. By Aug 15, 2019, at least one of the authors must fill in the registration form:

and make the payment of the conference fee according to the IRICT 2019 fee structure.

8. Please note that the Early Registration Deadline is on 1st of Aug 2019, and the
Normal Registration Deadline is on 15th of Aug 2019.
9. Kindly be informed that: only papers that are registered by 15th of Aug 2019 and fulfill
all the above requirements will be published in the Springer book series “Advances in
Intelligent Systems and Computing”.
10. For Journal Publication, we are glad to inform that your paper is invited to be
extended and considered for publication in one of the listed journals. More details about
the extension of your paper will be sent to you after you complete the registration for
IRICT 2019.

part and in the Methodology. The introduction should presents the research problem or
the motivation, the gap in the literature, and the paper organization. However, the part
presented in this work looks like a methodology.

in this section you can describe the methods used. Avoid the details. Try to summarise
as you can.
No need to describe the well known methods such as DT.
in addition:
- Combine the future work and conclusion in one section. Put the future work at the end.
- You must proofread you paper. It is a must.
- You must improve the Figures quality. It is a must.
- You must improve the results section. Do not put table in the conclusion. Show the
results in a propoer way and discuss it: which one is the best and why?
- Use up to date references.
