Role Description:
Have worked in Pfizer Animal Health Project for one year as a SIEBEL Technical Architect. During this tenure
I have worked on the following:-
 Maintaining Dev/Test and Production environments for two applications- SMART (Multilingual
application-8 Language) and EDGE (Multilingual application-2 Language)
 Maintained Siebel version 7.8 and 8.0 applications.
 Setting up test environments and UAT machines for regression testing and UAT by performing repository
migration, DDL synch, creating Upgrade kits.
 Providing support to the mobile client users and online users (DB extracts, DB initialization, net meeting
for solving synch issues and mobile client issues)
 Installing Siebel mobile client applications in agent’s machine.
 Interacted with CRM managers from 8 different countries to decide on the testing approach.

Role Description:
Have worked in KPN for 4.5 years as a SIEBEL Technical Architect and many management releated leading
roles. During this tenure I have worked on the following:-
 Leaded Siebel offshore team with 10 members.
 Leaded the Production Upgrade team for upgrading Siebel, BRM and Fusion applications to the latest
market version
 Leaded Service introduction (SI) team whose focus was to concentrate on the upcoming releases right
from design and highlight if any risks/concerns for seen.
 Alter/propose design change if the proposed Design from IT consultants has impact on existing operations
 Experience in upgrading Siebel 8.1.1.4 environment (Unix Platform) to Siebel IP15 which is in production
upgrade phase.
 Part of performance team and highlighted the performance team on the data volumes which needs to be
considered as part of performance testing in each release.
 Handling priority issues (P1/P2) on production and solving it well within SLA time
 Creation/Configuration of a multi-server Siebel environment involving load balancing.
 Created automation in shell script which helped client in monitoring the Siebel component and
automatically restarts those components when they go down, thereby reducing the impact on production.
 Created automation in shell script the log files and provides a list of SQLs which takes more time. This
script helped in analyzing the issue during P1 situations.
 Created automation in shell script which provides crashes that happened and gives the components which
crashed in a given day.
 Created a shell script for a production issue which monitors the gateway services and restarts the same
when it goes down.
 Created a shell script which deletes old log files thereby ensuring enough disk space in production
