released the official calendar for school year

2019-2020. Classes will formally open
on Monday, June 3, 2019. Classes will end
on April 3, 2020.

2019-2020
Below is the official calendar for the upcoming school
year, applicable to both public and private elementary
and secondary schools nationwide. This includes
holidays and school breaks, examination days, and
(tentatively) scheduled special days. Note that dates
may vary for private schools.

June 2019
June 3 – Start of classes
June 6 – Holiday: Eidul Fitar
June 9 – Special Administration of Philippine Educational
Placement Test (PEPT)
June 12 – Holiday: Independence Day
