AGREEMENT CONTRACT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This AGREEMENT, freely and voluntary entered unto by nd between the RSP PROMOTIONS AND
ENTERTAINMENT SERVICES, business entity owned by MR. RUMAR PAYOYO, located at #26 Custodio
St., Paddad, Alicia, Isabela.

__________________________ with business address at ________________________, herein represent by
__________________________ is hereinafter and known as the SPONSOR:

NOW THEREFORE, RSP PROMOTIONS AND ENTERTAMENT SERVICES and the SPONSOR by these
present mutually, voluntary, and unconditionally bind themselves to the following situations, terms and
covenants, to wit:
1. That the RSP PROMOTION AND ENTERTAMENT SERVICES will stage an ACROBATIC, OR
VARIETY SHOW AND band/orchestra.

Breath-taking stunts and enjoyable gymnastic and acrobatic feats will be displayed during the more less
three (3) hours spectacular show
2. That RSP PROMOTIONS AND ENTERTAINMENT SERVICES will provide the following item to
help the promotion of the show:
Printed Tickets: __________________________ @ ___________ each.
Colored Posters: _________________________
3. That RSP PROMOTIONS AND ENTERTAINMENT SERVICES will shoulder their transportation
expenses, meals and other expenses incurred during and after show.
It is further agreed that the SPONSOR assumes the following responsibilities:
a) To provide sound system with two microphones, sufficient lighting and adequate performance area,
preferably a complete basketball court or stage for variety show;
b) To provide absolute security to the entire ACROBATIC team/or PERFORMANCES while they are in
the area;
c) To pay RSP PROMOTIONS AND ENTERTAINMENT SERVICES 50% deposit right on the delivery
of posters and tickets and the balance be paid full amount in cash before the show through its duly
assigned collector;
d) The agreed amount is __________________________________ good for one (1) show ___________
or/and (2) shows _____________.
This AGREEMENT is automatically cancelled by RSP PROMOTIONS AND ENTERTAINMENT SERVICES
in case of fortuitous events while the performers are in transit to the specified place of the show. This without
prejudice to the presentation being reset to another date as agreed by both parties. RSP PROMOTIONS AND
ENTERTAINMENT SERVICES cancels this contract price in case the SPONSOR cancels this contract with
other than fortuitous event.
