Dear Ms. de la Rosa,

In response to your inquiry, we are pleased to quote the following:

A day-tour accommodation with a minimum guaranteed Fifty (50) persons, tentative scheduled
on November or December, 2018 including foods. (Please refer below “Schedule of Menus “ ).

This proposal is a non-exclusive accommodation that includes the use of the following:

1. Fourteen (14) air-conditioned rooms ( Rm#4, #5, #6, #7, #8, #9, #21, #22, #23, #24, #25,
#26, #27, #28 ) with Cable TV , hot and cold shower , personal refrigerator., w/ 3 sets
extra mattress .(Fifty (50) person’s comfortable sleeping capacity.)
2. Use of Swimming Pool from 9:00 am to 12:00 midnight. (Please observed pool rules and
regulation attached), open showers, communal comfort rooms, grill and wash area and a
wide parking lot for free. Corkage for foods and beverages are free.
3. Standard check-in time 2:00 pm and standard check-out time: the following day at 12:00
noon.
4. Function Hall with air-conditioned, Sound System, Videoke and Free Wi-Fi – Food
Station.
This is on packaged deal basis amounting One Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Pesos (Php
1,670.00) per person for total consideration guaranteed of Eighty Three Thousand Five
Hundred Pesos (Php 83,500 .00) for both foods and accommodation.

Validity: 10 days

Terms of Payment: Fifty percent (50%) down payment upon confirmation and the balance
of fifty percent (50%) will be paid in full on the first day accommodation.
