This Contract is made by and between Shanghai Pear Video Internet Technology co.,LTD., the
operator of "PearVideo" Internet products (hereinafter referred to as "Party A") and___________
(hereinafter referred to as "Party B") based on the principles of equality and mutual benefit and
through friendly consultations, on the shooting of “_Indonesian jet ski instructor to stand trial for
sexual assault on Chinese tourist in Bali__”.

I. Services
Video shooting services cover location shooting, labor service, transportation, meals,
accommodation, shooting equipment and rough editing.

II. Contract Price and Payment

1. Contract Price: As agreed by both parties, the contract price shall be $_100_.
2. Payment: Party A shall fully pay the contract price, that is $_100_, within _45___ working
days upon the completion of acceptance by Party A of captured materials from Party B.

III. Rights and Obligations of Party A

1. Party A reserves the right to appoint a person to supervise and guide the schedule of shoot-
ing, as well as the right to require Party B to make technical modifications in accordance
with Party A's intention without deviation from the original program.
2. Party B shall conduct the project against the script established by the parties, and before
Party B starts the project, Party A may bring forward changes to the script in writing and re-
quire Party B to revise it. Party A shall be liable for the increased production cost, time delay
and other issues arising from and in connection with the revision.
3. Party A owns the copyright of any and all materials and finished videos.
4. Party A assumes the international transaction fee payable to Bank of China

IV. Rights and Obligations of Party B

1. Party B shall complete the creation of script and shooting in accordance with the time limits,
quality and quantity standards, as required by Party A.
2. Party B shall conduct the project following the script established by the parties, and during
the project period, Party B shall adjust and revise the deliverables in accordance with the
written suggestions and requirements from Party A to the satisfaction of both parties.
3. Party B shall guarantee the rights integrity and legality of video contents to ensure that Party
A owns complete rights under this Contract.
4. Party B shall maintain the stability of staffing, and in case of any staffing change, Party B
shall send a prior notice to Party A and reach a mutual agreement through friendly negotia-
tion.
5. Party B shall be liable to Party A for all, and any, losses arising from and in connection with
Party B's breach of contract obligations.
6. Party B shall assume the international transaction charges, and any foreign currency
exchange fees payable to any bank(s) outside China.

V. Default
 After the execution of the Contract, any modification or alteration to the Contract requires a
mutual agreement in writing executed by both parties. Neither party may unilaterally terminate
the Contract, any unilateral termination hereof during the process of video shooting shall consti-
tute a default. The defaulting party shall be liable for all costs and expenses actually incurred.

VI. Disclaimer
Each party shall advise the other party immediately of the occurrence of a force majeure event,
such as war, government restrictions and other unexpected events beyond the reasonable control
of the party, if such party prevented from performing in whole or in part any obligation under
this Contract. The parties shall negotiate based on the actual situation in order to confirm the
partial or full exemption from the liability for breach of contract.

VII. Dispute Resolution

All disputes in connection with the Contract and the content hereof shall be settled by amicable
negotiations between the parties. Should no agreement be reached, the dispute shall be re-
ferred to and finally resolved by a local court in the place where Party A is located. This Contract
shall be governed and construed in accordance with laws of the Chinese mainland.

VIII. Miscellaneous
1. This Contract may be executed in duplicate, and shall take effective upon signing and sealing
by both parties.
2. Any notice between the parties shall be given using the contact information as set forth
herein. Each party may change the contact information by an immediate notice to the other
party in writing.
