1. Double click ACCOUNTING in the training folder provided.

10. Copy the two (2) exe file of e-NGAS (eNGAS 2.0.0 RELEASE and e-NGAS Data Build Up 2.0.0) to
your Program Files (x86) for 64 Bit Computers or Program Files for 32 Bit Computers under
eNGAS Folder.

13. Paste it under Budget System (NGA) Folder.

How to Configure ConfigUtility 6.0

1. Right Click ConfigUtilty under Program Files (x86) > e-NGAS.

2. Double click the Server Name Section. Change the value same as the Server Name in connecting
to Server in management Studio then click Save

3. Double click the DatabaseName Section and enter the engas database name that can be found
in your SQL Server Management Studio then click Save

4. Double click the BS_DatabaseName and enter the budget database name that can be found in
your SQL Server Management Studio then click Save.

5. Double click the DBPasswordAdmin and enter perfect then click Save.

How to Test e-NGAS System 7.0


1. Right Clcik eNGAS 2.0.0 and Run as administrator.

2. Enter admin as your intial username with no password.

How to Test eBudget System 8.0

1. Right click Budget System (NGA) and Run as administrator.

5. Click Add.

6. You will then receive a dialog box that you are not a valid user.
It is normal since eBudget System was linked in eNGAS System, admin user should have an
employee incorporate to it which is imported by the Accounting Group using eNGAS Data
Build.

In order to proceed, the username used in eBudget should have an Employee Name that can be
manipulate in our Security System.

7. Navigate to Program Files (x86) > E-NGAS Security, right click the Security and Run as
administrator.

8. Enter admin as your username, no password and change the Database to e-NGAS Budget

9. Navigate to Users > User Manager

10. Select admin under the USER LIST and click Edit.

11. Click the ellipsis button in the lower right portion of the window under Employee Info

13. Find the appropriate employee name for the Budget Officer then click Ok.

14. You can now see the Emp No. and Name you have selected.
Now enter a password then click Save.

15. Log in again to eBudget System using admin username and the password you have entered
in Security System.

1. Select Security Application, right click and Run as administrator.
