How Public Servers Contribute in our Community

It is responsible for conducting a technical activity, tending to be provided continuously,

uninterrupted and uniform, to meet general needs, while subject to a regime of public law in
order to generate a welfare. With this we affirm that his work has the main characteristic of
providing services to society contributing to its development. As we have argued, the provision
of public service, being an activity of collective incidence and of great importance for the
national welfare in an economic, political and social sense, deserves a treatment that favors the
nutrition of the State.

For this reason, we consider it pertinent that the governments of our Nations reintroduce (or
reinforce) the vision to correct the existing shortcomings in the generality of the population, so
that it is possible that the payment of contributions by the citizens, really translate into public
services that meet those minimum needs.

Como contribuyen en nuestra comunidad los Servidores públicos

Se encarga de realizar una actividad técnica, tendiente a prestarse de forma continua,
ininterrumpida y uniforme, para satisfacer necesidades de carácter general, mientras se sujeta a
un régimen de derecho público con el fin de generar un bienestar. Con esto nos afirmamos que
su trabajo posee la principal característica de brindar servicios a la sociedad contribuyendo
con su desarrollo. Como hemos sostenido, la prestación del servicio público, al ser una
actividad de incidencia colectiva y de magna importancia para el bienestar nacional en un
sentido económico, político y social, merece un tratamiento que favorezca a la nutrición del
Estado.

Por ello, consideramos pertinente que los gobiernos de nuestras Naciones vuelvan a colocar (o
refuercen) la mirada en subsanar las carencias existentes en la generalidad de la población, de
modo que sea posible que el pago de contribuciones por parte de la ciudadanía, realmente se
traduzca en servicios públicos que satisfagan esas necesidades mínimas.
