University Rules on Refund of Fees

All fees, once paid by the students to the University account, will not be refunded except as provided in the cases
at the time of admission to I year of the course. Part payment of fee will not be permitted. The fees should be
paid as per the ‘mode of payment’ notified by the University.
The student shall remit the prescribed fees including tuition fee, examination fee, etc., to the University within the
specified

The University reserves the right to modify the fee structure (which includes tuition fee, hostel fee and other
fees), from time to time, based on the recommendation/decisions of the appropriate authorities of the
University. The revised tuition fee will be only applicable to the students who are admitted during an academic
session as notified. Other fees shall be applicable to all students from the date of notification of revision of fees.
Where any candidate withdraws from the course of study after the expiry of the cut-off date prescribed for
admission to that course of study or in mid-term of the course and the seat is rendered vacant, the first year fee
paid will be forfeited and the student will also be required to remit the entire course fee for the remaining period
of the course.
However, where any student leaves the course of study before expiry of the cut-off date prescribed for admission
and the seat is filled up with another candidate, 10% of the tuition fee paid (excluding registration fee, eligibility
fee, health insurance) will be deducted and the balance amount paid by cheque to the student concerned within
3 weeks.
Even after expiry of the date fixed for payment with penalty, if any student fails to pay the tuition fee,
examination fee, etc., the name of such students in default will be removed from the attendance. Such students
will not be allowed to attend the classes or admitted to the facilities available within the University campus such
as library, laboratory, hostel, etc. until the fees are paid by the student.
