Experience on Preventive maintenance and breakdown

maintenance such as static equipment’s such as Column,Vessel,Heat
exchangers, Valves Overhauling and Servicing.

STATIC EQUIPMENTS:

COLUMN:
Get permit,

Blinding the inlets and outlets of the column as per blind list,

Open the man ways,

Fix exhaust fans and ejectors for venting,

Make gas test and safe oxygen level (by operation),

Get confined space work permit,

Provide sufficient light inside (24v),

Visual inspection from the integrity department,

Internal scaffolding erection and visual inspection,

Cleaning, buffing as per marked area,

Open the tray man way bolts/clamps from top & come down in steps to bottom,

As per integrity, removal of trays (chimney trays and bubble trays),

Clean the trays & tray supports,

Demister pad removal,

Cleaning (air and steam) the demister pads,(If any damage found in the demister pad fix
new demister pads.)

Buffing the t joint area, nozzle, and vertex breaker,

Check all the bottom nozzles for any choke and clear them,
VESSEL:
After completion of internal inspection, install the demister pad and trays,

Completion of final inspection box up the man ways,

Deblinding the inlets and outlets of the column,

Get permit,

Blinding the inlets and outlets of the vessel as per blind list,

Open the man ways,

Fix exhaust fans and ejectors for venting,

Make gas test and safe oxygen level (by operation),

Get confined space work permit,

Provide sufficient light inside (24v),

Visual inspection from the integrity department,

Internal scaffolding erection and visual inspection,

Remove sludge/debris,

Cleaning, buffing as per marked area,

Demister pad removal,

Cleaning (air and steam) the demister pads,

Buffing the t joint area, nozzle, and vertex breaker,

Carry out Dye penetration test, Mpi& thickness survey,

Check all the bottom nozzles for any choke and clear them,

After completion of internal inspection, install the demister pad,

After completion of final inspection box up the man ways,

Deblinding the inlets and outlets of the vessel.

HEAT EXCHANGER:
Get permit,

Blinding the inlets and outlets as per blind list,

Open the channel head and channel cover,

Carryout preliminary inspection,

Removal of bundle by using bundle puller & sent to workshop for hydro jetting,

Clean the tube bundle internally & externally,

Buffing the t joint area, nozzle, and vertex breaker,

Inspection-NDT,DP TEST,IRIS,

Install tube bundle after getting clearance from inspection,

Carry out shell and tube test to the require pressure,

Install the channel head and channel cover after final inspection,

Deblinding the inlets and outlets.
