Respected Sir,
1. With due respect and humble submission I beg to say following a few lines for your kind
consideration and favourable action please.
2. I am resident of House No 989, Talib Sarai, Unnao (UP) which is a sensitive area of Unnao
City. After discharged from Army I have settled down here and purchased immovable property
at this station as well as also working as Assistant Teacher here.
3. I have applied for an Arms License on 29 Oct 2018 with District Magistrate Unnao (UP)
adopted all the legal procedures as per revised UP Government Order dated 08 Oct
2018(copy att) vide Arms License file number 205/2018. The file has already been
completed in all respects and pending with DM Office waiting for approval since 24 Jan 2019.
ZSB Unnao has also approached DM Unnao on 29 Jan 2019 and 11 Mar 2019 vide their
letters (copies att). I have also met to the DM Saheb three times but no gain because of no
political approach as I feel. I have followed all the legal procedure to process my file and hope
that it is in order.
4. May I request to your kind honour to help me for getting the license as welfare measure of
Ex SM to approach DM Unnao and Sainik Kalyan Vibhag of UP Government on
PRIORITY as on completion of six months from the date of receipt of application at DM office
ie 24 Jan 2019, all verfications ( Police and Tehsil) will be null void.
