2. COMPOSITION/INFORMATION ON INGREDIENTS:

3. HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION:

Harmful by inhalation and if swallowed. Causes burns. May cause sensitization by inhalation and skin contact.

4. FIRST AID MEASURES:

INHALATION: Remove victim immediately from source of exposure. Provide rest, warmth and fresh air. Get medical attention if any
discomfort continues. If respiratory problems, artificial respiration/oxygen.

INGESTION: DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING! Rinse mouth thoroughly. Drink plenty of water. Get medical attention
immediately! NEVER MAKE AN UNCONSCIOUS PERSON VOMIT OR DRINK FLUIDS!

SKIN: Remove affected person from source of contamination. Wash the skin immediately with soap and water. Get medical
attention promptly if symptoms occur after washing.

EYES: Promptly wash eyes with plenty of water while lifting the eye lids. Continue to rinse for at least 15 minutes and get
medical attention.

5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES:

EXTINGUISHING MEDIA:
This material is not flammable. Use extinguishing media appropriate for surrounding fire.

SPECIAL FIRE FIGHTING PROCEDURES:

Use supplied air respirator if substance is involved in a fire. Cool containers exposed to flames with water until well
after the fire is out.

UNUSUAL FIRE & EXPLOSION HAZARDS:

No unusual fire or explosion hazards noted.

Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and safety goggles.

PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT ENVIRONMENT:

Dyke to prevent entering any sewer or waterway.

SPILL CLEANUP METHODS:

Clean-up personnel should use respiratory and/or liquid contact protection. Absorb in vermiculite, dry sand or earth
and place into containers. Collect and reclaim or dispose in sealed containers in licensed waste.

7. HANDLING AND STORAGE:

USAGE PRECAUTIONS:
Ventilate well, avoid breathing vapors. Use approved respirator if air contamination is above accepted level. Avoid
spilling, skin and eye contact.

STORAGE PRECAUTIONS:
The drums should be stored, with their seals intact, in conditions that avoid extremes of temperatures. If the product
is to be stored in bulk containers, please contact PT. Cahaya Cemerlang Chemindo for advice on materials of construction
of the containers. Under these conditions the shelf life of the product should be approximately two years.

PROCESS CONDITIONS:
Use engineering controls to reduce air contamination to permissible exposure level. Provide eyewash, quick drench.

VENTILATION: Explosion-proof general and local exhaust ventilation.

RESPIRATORS: Use chemical cartridge protection with appropriate cartridge. CCROVAGF, CCR with organic vapor and acid gas
cartridge and full face piece.

PROTECTIVE GLOVES:
Use protective gloves made of: Neoprene, nitrile, polyethylene or PVC.

EYE PROTECTION:
Use safety goggles and face shield in case of splash risk.

HYGIENIC WORK PRACTICES:

Wash at the end of each work shift and before eating, smoking and using the toilet. Wash promptly with soap & water
if skin becomes contaminated.

INHALATION: Harmful by inhalation. Exposure may result in eye, nose and respiratory irritation, and may produce nausea, headache
and dizziness. Repeated overexposure may produce an allergic sensitization resulting in skin rashes or possibly
asthmatic-type response with moderate to severe breathing difficulty in extreme cases.

INGESTION: Corrosive. Causes severe irritation or burns to the mouth and digestive tract.

SKIN: Corrosive. Contact with skin will produce severe irritation or burns with possible in-depth injury.

EYES: Corrosive. Contact with eyes will cause permanent damage if not immediately removed.
