STEP 1: VALIDATION

Present Report Card

STEP 2: PRE-REGISTRATION
LOCATION: Room 2H, St. Miguel Febres Cordero Building

Confirm student information

Receive and accomplish applicable forms and documents​ (e.g. Checklist, Data Privacy Policy and Consent Form -
DPPCF, Assessment Form, Payment Advice Slip, Brother Discount Form, Student Medical Examination Form)
Receive queueing instruction for the Registrar’s Office

STEP 3: REGISTRATION
LOCATION: St. Miguel Febres Cordero Building

Present Report Card

If not the parent/guardian, present authorization letter and valid ID’s of the representative and parent/guardian
If applicable, present SHS voucher
Receive Admit Pass and queueing instruction for the Assessment Area

STEP 4: ASSESSMENT
LOCATION: Assessment Area, Main Lobby

Proceed to assigned lane

Express Lane ​(for Tuition Payment only, PWD and Senior Citizen)
Special Lanes ​(for Tuition Payment with Scholarships/Discounts/Back Accounts/other Payments)
Present enrolment documents ​(e.g. DPPCF, Assessment Form, Payment Advice Slip, Brother Discount Form)
Receive queueing instruction for the Cashier

STEP 5: PAYMENT
LOCATION: Business Office (Finance Resource Development Department)

Present Admit Pass, and enrolment documents ​(e.g. DPPCF, Assessment Form, Payment Advice Slip)
Present Payment
Receive Tuition O.R. and parent’s copy of Assessment Form

STEP 6: BOOKS, MATERIALS AND UNIFORMS

LOCATION: Room 2A to 2E, St. Miguel Febres Cordero Building

Present tuition O.R. to claim the books

Sign Book Claim Form
If purchasing other books and materials, only CASH & CARD (Visa and MasterCard) payments are accepted

STEP 7: DEVICE REGISTRATION AND E-BOOK ACCESS INSTRUCTION - ​for Grades 4 to 12

LOCATION: Room 2G, St. Miguel Febres Cordero Building

Grades 4 to 10
Present Tuition O.R. for eBook loading instructions and device registration
Present PEARL Device ​(fully-charged, no password, with 4GB free space, no broken LCD screen)
Receive copy of eBook loading instructions

Grades 11 and 12
Present Tuition O.R. for device registration

STEP 8: CAR STICKER

LOCATION: Main Lobby

Present Tuition O.R. sticker O.R., requirements​ ​and accomplished Application Form ​(Form may be downloaded
from Ranger360 or LSGH website)
If not the parent/guardian, present authorization letter and valid ID’s of the representative and parent/guardian
