Fully automatic unit for dosing and mixing of polyols, Foot-pring: 3.3 m2
which are used during production of the car seats. This Weight: 2 ton
system consists of four vessels, pneumatically actuated Capacity: approx. 3 m3/hr
dosing valves, instrumentation and mixer. The whole
process is controled by sensors which secure precise
dosing.

Each reactant or polyol is pumped from barell by


AOD pumps and conducted to the dosing system.
Each reactant has its own pipeline and dosing valve.
Depending on demanded output product, reactant are
dosed on certain quantity. Dosing valves are actuated Vessels for reactants
pneumatically and all four vessels are placed on
strain gauge weights, so workers directly know instant Mixing agitator
parameters of the process.

This system is used to pumping polyethylene glycol
and mixing it with water to the required concentration.
PEG is pumped to the tank by the drum pump, it is
mixed there and then is transported by two rotary

Example: Complete unit for candy re-work
The whole unit, which is for rework of candy, is made of
stainless steel and all pipes, where product flows, are
heated. Melted sweets are pumped from storage tank
by rotary lobe pump which is mounted to the tank by
rectangular flange. Product goes through strainer and
demagnetizator. The cover of the tank is automatically
opened by two pneumatically driven pistions.

Homogenisation principle: • flat valve for abrasive products
The unhomogenised product enters the valve area • for pressures above 600 bar
