AGENDA:
I. SCHOOL/CLASSROOM RULES
Parents were reminded that pupils should come to school on/before time.
Absences should be avoided. If and when pupil is can’t come to class on a certain
day/s, an excuse letter with parent’s/guardian’s signature should be presented.
Proper haircut for boys and hair should be tied for girls.
Wear appropriate attire for parents/guardians (no sleeveless, spaghetti strap, short
shorts, etc.)
No expensive jewelries or cellphones for kids.
Gates will be closed from 7:30am to 11:30am and 1:00pm to 3:30pm.
Teacher led the election of officers and ended up nominating good/responsible leaders.

Parents have agreed that the upcoming homeroom project would be a printer and memory
card. The amount that will be contributed is 205php each and should be given onor before
31st of July 2019.
V. CLASSROOM CLEANERS
Parents agreed that if they won’t be able to clean the room, they have to contribute 5 pesos.
The funds that will be collected will be added to pupil’s activities (Christmas Party or any other
classroom activities).
Each group has an assigned group leader to collect the penalties.
Each group will provide cleaning materials (broom, dust pan, rags and etc.)
Additional 5 – 7 pesos contribution for our guard and janitor and will be collected on or before
15th of December 2019.
