Under instruction of my client Mrs. Chachal Malik widow of Late Sri P.C. Malik
Chairman, St. Margret Education Society, Derawal Nagar, Delhi R/o 46, S.F.S.
Flats, Ashok Vihar, Delhi. I serve upon you this Legal Notice which is as following.

1. Where as you are aware that Sh. P C Malik, R/O 46 SFS Flats, Phase IV, Ashok
Vihar was president of St Margret Education Society, Red Address, B Block,
Derawal Nagar, New Delhi, 110009 that manages several educational institutions
namely – St Margret Senior Secondary School, Prashant Vihar, St Margret School,
Derawal and Margret Engineering college, Nimrana which all were acquired and
built by said Sh. PC Malik.

2. That where as Mrs. Chancla Malik is wife of above said Sh. P C Malik and residing
at the afore mentioned residential address of Sh. P C Malik.

3. That where as the said Sh. P C Malik expired on 7.11.2011.

4. That where as the affairs of the above referred educational institutions are
managed by a management/executive committee controlled by the provisions of
Society Registration Act and the Rules & Regulations of the said Society read
along with deed of agreement dated 14.12.1997 between the said Sh. PC Malik
and Sh Naveen, 781, Dr Mukharjee Nagar, New Delhi.
5. That where as Mrs. Chanchal Malik is already a general member of the managing
committee of St Margret Senior Secondary School, Prashant Vihar, New Delhi.

6. That where as a vacancy has arisen in the executive committee of St Margret
Education Society upon death of Sh. P C Malik.

7. That where as Sh. B R Goswami has deliberately misrepresented before The

Registrar of Societies, GNCTD, Patparganj, New Delhi with active consent of Ms. N
M Narcis that he is the president of the Society without filling the vacancy arising
out of the death of said Sh. P C Malik through the procedure laid down under the
deed of agreement dated 14.12.97 read along with the Society Registration Act
and the Rules/ Regulations of the said Society.

8. That where as it is incumbent upon the addressee jointly and severely to fill the
vacancy in the governing body/executive Committee of the said Society.

9. That where as Mrs. Chanchal Malik W/O Late Sh. P C Malik has applied/called
upon you vide application dated 22.3.2013 along with cheque of Rs Ten thousand
only (Rs. 10,000/-) to appoint her as member of the said executive committee who
is already member of the society.

10. That where as you have not taken any step to fill the said vacancy in the executive
committee and have also failed to communicate your response to said Mrs.
Chanchal Malik.

11. That in the circumstances, you are required to take decision on the application
dated 22.3.2013 to appoint my client as member of the executive committee of the
said Society with in thirty days from the receipt of this notice. You may please
note that if you fail to take above mentioned actions within in abovesaid period,
my client is free to take appropriate legal/ remedial lawful action against you at
your sole risk and cost. And you are liable to bear the cost of this legal notice
alongwith the cost of litigation if required.

A copy of the notice has been retained in my office for further necessary action as
per law.
