Summary: Electrical Engineer having 6+ years of experience in UAE/Dubai with a contracting (4+
years) and consulting companies (2 years). Currently, I’m working as an Electrical Engineer
(Consultant) in EMAAR projects in Dubai Hills Estate. My experience in towers, villas, and buildings

 Electrical Site Engineer.

B- The Pad Tower - Business Bay – Dubai [3B+G+P+MEZZ+22 TYPICAL]

 Inviting quotes from the Major Electrical Supplier for the Entire Electrical Systems and
preparing Quotation, LOI and LPO for Procuring the Material Accordingly.
 Review submittals, in compliance with Project Specifications, BOQ, and scope of work.
 Preparing shop drawing and following up for DEWA approval.
 Coordinating with other departments like Mechanical service, Civil etc.
 Designing of LV Room, Electrical Rooms, load schedule, Voltage drop and Line Diagrams.
 Supervision of Low current Systems, such as Fire Alarm, Video Intercom, Telephone, CCTV,
Access control, Public address, Lighting control, BMS, SMATV, Home automation Earthling
and Lightning protection etc.
 Review of Architectural, structural, mechanical and ID drawings for preparing electrical

 Review all electrical shop drawings and following up with DEWA;

 Handling claims and variations raised by contractor.
 Reviewing project time program and noticing contractor for delays.
 Replying RFIs & CVIs related to design raised by contractor.
 Preparing draft letters and replies for all technical and contractual letters from
client/contractor and present it to RE for review.
 Controlling quality of electromechanical works at site.
 Reviewing manpower report, procurement schedules, work progress report,

 Preparing snags list at site for final handing over, and PQA inspection.
