Sub: Restoration/Reconstruction of Road Churachandpur km 0.00 to Songpi km 7.10


on Churachand pur to Tipaimukh Road NH-150 in Manipur State.

In exercise of the powers delegated by the Ministry of Road, Transport &


Highways vide its OM No. F.NO.A-12024/1/2015-NHIDCL Cell dated 14th December,
2015, MD-NHIDCL has accorded the Administrative Approval and Technical & Financial
sanction to the estimate amounting to Rs.25.62 (Twenty five crore and sixty two
lakhs) towards Restoration/Reconstruction of Road Churachandpur km 0.00 to Songpi
km 7.10 on Churachandpur to Tipaimukh Road NH-150 in Manipur State as under:

3. The following physical and financial targets shall be strictly adhered to:

4. The technical approval and financial sanction will lapse, in case the work is not
awarded within Six months from the date of its issue.

5. This sanction is subject to the condition that the work should be completed as
per the targets indicated in paragraph 3 above.

6. The expenditure shall be debitable to the Project Head maintained in NHIDCL


under M&R funds.

7. There should not be any overlapping and duplication during execution at site
with the already executed work and proper video recording of the work before &
after execution should be ensured.

8. Necessary action may be taken as per circular no. NHIDCL/GM(HR)/DoP for


maintenance for NH/NHIDCL/378 dated 30.11.2017, Para 6 for periodical work (as
per Annexure-I of circular).

9. The project has to be uploaded on PMIS as per NHIDCL guidelines for monitoring
purpose. Monthly progress reports in the stipulated proforma should be sent to
HQ, NHIDCL, till the work is completed. On completion of the work, project
completion report shall also be submitted in the prescribed proforma.

10. This is issued with approval of Competent Authority.
