As a human being we are supposed to be occupied and actively moving in routinity as sedentary activity
is not good for our health, inducing back pain and increasing similar potential conditions. Doing sports or
go to gym consistently during weekdays is not an easy commitment, given by picture of ourselves crash
the bedroom or binge watch our favorite films after a long working.
However , you are still able to achieve your healthy goal, to keep fit or to lose weight at your 9 am –
5pm activity, even without required exercise equipment. How possible is it? Just apply these workout
ideas before and during your working hours:
Exercises are mostly effective being performed in the morning, where it is scientifically proven with
metabolic effects about your burnt body calories until the rest of the day. Morning exercises claimed to
release endorphins that radiates your mood before working in office. A great start to seize your day and
gain benefits for health.
Utilize your break time to take long walk including eat in a farther café or restaurant than usual canteen
hall in office building. By moving your foot and walking, your muscles earn chance to get stronger due to
oxygen pumped throughout your body. Strolling around with your colleagues and get lost in
surroundings as long as you’re moving. If your office located around 2nd – 5th floor, walk up the stairs
instead of taking lift.
Dexercise
Only takes a few minutes to warm yourself up and down on your own desk. While sitting, stretch your
several body parts like legs quite helps maintaining your body shape. If you are feeling particularly
active, do not hesitate to make advantage of chairs, table as your exercise equipment. All these desk
activities support you to tone up key muscle groups, tighten your abdominal muscles or reduce body fat.
