DICE PHASE
Roll and distribute dice as in 2p game
Roll D12
Count leftward (1-6) or rightward (7-12) from median (beginning at median = 1/7) and
start there again if necessary

example shows the target field depending on D12 rolls in case of Median=3
GYRO-PHASE
1. if SID owns empty Pulsar ring, check, if SID has a single active or inactive gyro of ONE
type (1 to 3). This counts as one ACTION.
1a. if yes, take gyro of the same type. This counts as one ACTION.
1b. if not, take most valuable gyro available. This counts as one ACTION.
1c. if no empty ring exists, go to 2.
