Overview of Security
The following tips can help you ensure the normal operation of your machine:
² Prevent your machine from being in the following adverse conditions: any temperature
higher than the specified one, high humidity, excessive vibration or dust/coal gas;
² No use of any consumables not certified by our Company;
² Keep printheads installed at the same horizontal level;
² Maximally avoid sharing the same power supply with any high-voltage equipment or any
equipment likely to cause power interference;
² Please unplug the power supply plug when you treat the machine surface or clean the
machine;
² Keep the operating environment to be without electrostatic interference;
² Do not put any heavy object onto the machine, since it may lead to unbalance and falling to
hurt persons;
² Do not bock the ventilation hole of the machine, since it may likely to cause temperature
rise inside the machine and then lead to fire;
² Do no lean against the machine to prevent the machine from falling off and causing injury;
² Unplug the power supply plug of the machine if not used for a long period of time.
² Special Notes: Never use any consumables not certified by our Company; otherwise, it
may lead to faults of the machine.

fixed angle can be selected; in the attribute of data association, the initial value and
stop value of printed data can be set up, i.e. the starting number and the ending
number for printing. The step length of each printing can be set up, i.e. the
increment of the printing page numbers of each time; the printing format can also be
set up. Notes: v represents the number of digitals of printed figure; for example,
vvvvvvv represents 0000000, meaning that a figure of seven digits at most can be
printed. The maximum number of v is ten digitals. In the font attribute, the font of
counter can be set up (no more introduction here). Refer to the following figure:
Components
As shown in the following figure, click the “F” form button on the left and start
settings of file associated text.
Components
Double-click FILETEXT icon to associate txt files. Then data in txt files can be
printed out. Refer to the following figure:
After the data to be printed are well edited, for generating a file, click the button
of File in the software, and select Export Dpp. Click the button of File, select save,
then save the current plot project xxxx.pdr.

11 Cautions
1. After the printhead is installed, anti-shock mechanism must be installed to prevent
printhead being damaged during printing process (when the anti-shock mechanism
hasn’t been installed, any external damage incurring to the printhead, such as collision
of box to the printhead, does not belong to the warranty scope).
2. 2. Ensure the support installed firmly and all screws screwed tightly after the whole
installation is completed.
3. It is suggested to use UPS as the power supply to avoid machine damage due to
power failure.

Cautions
2. If ink trailing appears during ink-jet printing, please wrap the cartridge nozzle
surface with special wiping paper.
3. If there is lots of dust in the field environment, please clean dust with the air gun
upon line stop every day.
5. If irresolvable failure occurs to the coding machine, please contact the agent.

Cautions
1. During printing, an error reports: “Platform speed exceeds the maximum printing
speed”. Solution: Reduce the operational speed of the platform or reduce the
printing resolution.
2. During printing, an error reports: “Cartridge verification error”. Solution: Verify
the cartridge.
3. That “Self-check does not succeed” appears. Solution: See whether some plug-in
unit is loose and plug it in tightly.
