 Verifying Phone Activation

• In order to confirm that your device

is activated, when you start your
device, look at the top left corner on
the device screen. It should display (Please allow 15 minutes for the device to update)
the carrier name and or ,4G,3G or
LTE icon. (If it does not; restart the
device; and if it still doesn’t display
4G or LTE call the activation number
again.)

• International users can reach out to

AirWatch passcode is unique to AirWatch and it is separate from your device or network passcode, if you don’t remember it, tap Forgot Passcode, if you type an
incorrect passcode 3 times, your device will be Enterprise wiped.
