STRENGTHENING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE THREE-TIERED
DEFENSE SYSTEM OF THE 1ST POLICE MOBILE FORCE COMPANY
(PMFC) IN CAMARINES SUR ON INSURGENCY”

against all threat groups in the area of responsibility of Camarines Sur?
3. How could the government control strengthen the authority in contested area
of Camarines Sur and develop the capability of local officials to effectively
govern their area?
4. How would the 1st Police Mobile Force Company (PMFC) in Camarines Sur
deliver its optimal operational capability of its units to attain its level of
effectiveness?
5. Can the 1st Police Mobile Force Company (PMFC) in Camarines Sur support
the implementation of the government’s socio economic, psycho-social, and
political reforms to address the root causes of insurgency? How?
