Ordering A letter of intent, plus a deposit of 10 % to secure an order. The remainder is due on,
or just before delivery.

Cases Unless requested to the contrary, all instruments will be supplied in fitted cases from
Kingham MTM Cases; the cost of which is in addition to the cost of the instruments.
