Basic leadership of the company

AEROPAK d.o.o.

is a sustainable business based on the production of quality and safe products-the

production of aerosol cans, realized in conditions that ensure health protection and
safety at work for employees, environmental protection, product safety and socially
responsible business practices.

The objectives of the integrated management system policy are:

 Promoting leadership as one of the principles of management;
 Satisfying the needs and expectations of the users of our products, while respecting legal and
other requirements, especially related to safety and health at work, environmental protection and
product safety;
 Continuous improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency of the process of production, with
continuous improvement of organizational, technological, technical, infrastructural and other
conditions;
 Identifying the risks to the business of the company and conducting proactive actions to reduce
the impact on the company;
 Identification and use of opportunities to improve the integrated management system;
 Identifying, analyzing and removing inconsistencies and eliminating possible causes of non-
compliance, by implementing planned and controlled measures;
 Improving organization of work for the purpose of rational use of resources;
 Training, education and motivation of employees in all areas of business, significant for the
company;
 Establishing and maintaining partnerships with customers, suppliers and subcontractors;
 Preserving and promoting the company's reputation, through strengthening the market position;
 Commitment to risk prevention and promotion of health and safety at work, with monitoring and
analysis of the achieved effects;
 Commitment to environmental protection, with sustainable development, reduced pollution and
optimal use of resources;

The management of the company considers that the harmonization with the requirements of the
integrated management system is the best way to achieve the stated goals. Every employee has the
right and obligation to implement the adopted principles of politics and participates in the improvement
of the quality system, environmental protection and health and safety management system at work. The
integral application of standards in everyday business is a staple of sustainable development and
successful business operations over a longer period of time.
