“A parcel of land (Lot 5-A of the subdivision on plan LRC Psd-89713, being a
portion of Lot 5, Block 1 Psd-39701 LRC Cad. Rec. 9539), situated in Cavite City.
Bounded on the NE., and SE., points to 5 by road lot 1 and road lot 2, Psd-39701; on the
SW., points 5 to 1 by lot 4, block 1, Psd-29701 and on the NW., points 1 to 2 by lot S-B
of the subdivision plan. xxx”
WAIVER
That we, the above-named parties, except the SPS. CESAR A. ORTEGA
and MA. CORAZON C. ORTEGA, whose names, juridical capacities and other
circumstances are above-cited, for and in consideration of our love and concern
for the HEIRS of the said Spouses, their heirs and assigns, and recognize them as
the absolute owner thereof;
That the above-described property is a registered land and we, the parties
here to agree to record this instrument in the office of the Register of Deeds of the
Province of Cavite under the provision of Sec. 113 of PD 1529, otherwise known
as the Property Registration Decree of the Philippines

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
BEFORE ME, A Notary Public for in the City of Cavite, this 30th day of
May, 2019 personally appeared the above-named person/s, who has
satisfactorily proven to me their identity through their identifying documents,
they are the same person/s who executed and voluntarily signed the foregoing
Extra Judicial Settlement of Estate with Waiver and Rights.
The foregoing instrument relates consisting of two (2) pages including the
