MINUTES OF THE HOMEROOM PTA MEETING OF GRADE V

AGENDA:
1. Update of the pupils’ behavior and class performances
2. Awarding of First Quarter Grade V Academic Excellence Awardees and NESians
Awardees
3. Recruitment of BSP/GSP
4. Release of Report Card
5. Other matters
MEETING PROPER:
The meeting commenced with the doxology through the audio-visual presentation
immediately followed by a community singing through an audio-visual presentation too. It
was followed by the calling of the roll of attendance by the adviser. The last minutes of
meeting was read by the secretary. The adviser related the pupil’s behavior and class
performances. He then presented the awardees of Academic Excellence Awards and
NESIANS Awards. The class adviser also encouraged their parents to affiliate their children in
the BSP/GSP. The adviser then give the pupils’ report card.
Having no more business to tackle PTA Treasurer moved that the meeting be
adjourned and it was duly seconded by the body. The meeting was adjourned at 3:00 PM.

MEETING PROPER:
The meeting commenced with a prayer lead by Miss Rowena D. Dait, Grade V
Subject Teacher followed by a community singing lead by Mr. Milcris Dasalla. It was followed
by the calling of the roll of attendance by the adviser. The last minutes of meeting was read
by the secretary. The adviser related the pupil’s behavior and class performances. He then
presented the awardees of Academic Excellence Awards and NESIANS Awards for the
Second Quarter. The class adviser also encouraged their parents to have follow up their
children at home in their academics. The teacher then released the pupils’ report card.

followed by the calling of the roll of attendance by the adviser. The last minutes of meeting
was read by the secretary. The adviser related the pupil’s behavior and class performances.
He then presented the awardees of Academic Excellence Awards and NESIANS Awards for
the Third Quarter.
The adviser extended his gratitude for their support in the conduct of the 2019
Valentines Popularity Contest.
The class adviser also encouraged their parents to have follow up their children at
home in their academics. The teacher then released the pupils’ report card.

Domine, Head Teacher III presented the awardees of Academic Excellence Awards for the
School Year 2018-2019.
Mrs. Belinda Domingo,PTA President also had a report on financial matters. Miss Ely
Jean C. Rosales, ALS Implementer in the district had a promotion about Alternative Learning
System.
The schedule of Graduation Rites/Moving Up/Recognition Rites is on April 5, 2019 with
guest speaker Mrs. Myleen Rante-Donia, DMMMSU Staff.
Having no more business to tackle Mrs. Frelyn C. Jaravata moved that the meeting be
