WHAT I AM CLAIMING IS NOWRA POLICE ARE BEHIND MOST OF THIS AND STEERING
EVERYTHING…. (note the link to SCCH and Alex Pontello comment “stop mentioning Police”
And Gary Groves being an Ex NSW Cop…) No wonder the refusal to uphold and maintain the laws

WHY DIDN’T ALEX PONTELLO OR HELEN MCDEVITT OR JUDITH PRICE MENTION THIS FORM OF REPORTING?
Why did it suddenly appear in my Email account?

On the 19 June 2019 MY COMPLAINT TO THE REGISTRARS UNIT of land and housing..
WHICH SUDDENLY BECAME KNOWN TO ME VIA EMAILS………WAS DRAWN IN TOO TIGHTLY. The point was
raised on email to the registrars unit ;- “Deadline is 2nd JULY 2019” etc and retained.
Meaning - with everything else I am forced to endure and comply with - 2 July is too tight. Why?
There was no reply to my last email stating same.
I WAS ONLY PROVIDED 9 DAYS…. To comply…. 9 working days…. There is a 4 day period by law as to
mailing add 4 days back in reply…..THATS 8 DAYS TAKEN UP….
That IS an unfair practise….
But…its only me – a waste of time etc… Correct?

FAIRNESS…..ANOTHER DATE ALLOWING MORE TIME SHOULD HAVE BEEN PROVIDED.

POINT 2: THIS IS NOT ONLY ABOUT “I raise Unconscionable Misconduct and Vindictive Malice

It is about Copy Cat Crimes started by Housing NSW

Which have been allowed to enter Southern Cross Community Housing (SCCH) Where - many of the Housing
Staff ended up after the ACCOUNTING SIDE was transferred to SCCH - 22 October 2018.
From day one “COPY CAT” CRIMES COMMENCED - Collusion between Housing NSW head office included and
SCCH can be seen below.
Accounting fraud @ Housing commenced on the 30 January 2015….and continues;
AND IS CURRENT NOW WITH SCCH doping the same - 22 October 2018 to this date
It was uncovered by Nuismith during January 2019 but she sat on the fraud until after the 12 February 2019.
Now SCCH have raised it again…
This is how it has been coordinated;
Each June for July filing Since January 2015 and to this very day/ accumulating an arrears (alleged) until these
specific times of each year
Each December each year to this day.
Extortion blackmail thuggery Threat Intimidate persecute Harass
And hate crime.
Discrimination; No other tenant is forced to endure it. Not since I was deceived into signing the CONTRACT – a 3
year contract in January 30th 2015…. Hiousing staff kept changing the length of lease from 3 year to 5 year
There is no contract. Not with Either Housing or scch.
Its about Both ensuring VIA IGNORANCE and Defamation That I was left Entrapped in so much personal
violence and under extreme stress that in 2014 I had 2 heart attacks…. (Know to all. See Ryan and Ball and how
they attempted to remove it from evidence)
I suffer with Labile etc…
UNTIL IT CAUSED DIABETES… (the two health risk - cause MURDER)
That was finally Diagnosed in early 2019.
What causes Diabetes - no matter what type = STRESS… being attacked 24/7 and see
what Groves Pontello McDevitt and Price did - slander me and assault me Call me a
Waste of time and left me to it. Unprotected at all costs… including by Nowra Police…
And a Lack of Exercise: see medics report…for the transfer.. I AM TOO TERRIFIED TO LEAVE THIS UNIT because
each time I do I COME UNDER ATTACK on the road in the streets…as does my car…
WEIGHT GAIN CAUSED BY “Gord” A SHOCKING MEDICAL CONDITION.
ENTRAPMENT is seen in my repeated requests for a TRANSFER out of Nowra being ignored for 5 years
approx… then just prior to SCCH taking over - it was approved (9 October 2019) after many lies.
SCCH then commence bouncing the approval; “we only go down to Batemans Bay. You will have to go back to
HOUSING NSW”….. Then the Areas were changed….
And that is where it all sits. Housing allege “ it is because of the type of house myself and my gp requested”.

NOWRA’S NOTORIOUS BAD REPUTATION ! We call it NASTY NOWRA it is that bad. Every apparent negative
comment on the Web is true and correct. Even ABC ran a Documentary on the Drug epidemic. And Alcohol
abuse. It is a lethal combination…
One can look very closely at the misconduct of Housing and SCCH especially Groves Pontello McDevitt to look
for answers. Fair trading act 78..

PERSONAL BACKGROUND: Brief;

I AM; 65 years of age now. I am seriously unwell due to abundance of Medical Negligence dating back to
1990. (Victoria) I have chosen to Live on my own…but I have also been forced into this situation by
Corporations sharing personal and private information and Police inciting locals to attack me then they have
been PROTECTING THEM.

I have no family members in NSW. My own Daughter refused VIP information about my family members deaths;
both died in Victoria 2007 and 2011… Others; not known but I cannot locate one of my sister. They all live in
Victoria. I thought THE POLICE were meant to NOTIFY ALL FAMILY MEMBERS of deaths..especially ACROSS
STATES……

In 1980 all this commenced - in Victoria and by the Mornington Police.

I am made of tough stuff. No one person harmed in all those years AND TOO LATE for HOUSING or SCCH to try
and scream - a Dangerous person….. BUT THAT IS WHAT HOUSING TRIED IN 2017-2018 at NCAT…
In collusion with CENTRELINK. My letter with evidence was sent to the Chief Registrar of NCAT. The Slander was
swept under the carpet.
So now it continues….

On record; IF I WAS A LOONY as HOUSING AND SCCH STAFF HAVE STATED / ALLEGED; NDIS should have been
offered by the Minister – Ajarka in 2015 / 2016 approx. It was not. Nor is it now. Min Ajarka stated “you can be
assisted for a relocation to Victoria”… IT NEVER HAPPENED. Did Housing know? Yes…..did Greg Burke of SCCH
know - YES.

I happen to Love my own company and what I stand for and against. Nothing has nor will change my stance or
opinions. I see it as being too old now to change.
I am denied any social welfare.

WHAT COMMENCED THE COMPLAINTS THIS YEAR
Stems from the Illegal Interception and Access of my Registered mail
1. One envelope I sent tot RPA hospital = Medical records
2. One envelop sent to legal aid SYDNEY with Pontello and McDevitt’s
Malice and slander in it.

Australia Post; (AP - Federal) NB EVERYTHING IS RETAINED but not included

here because it is very large in content and it went on for weeks…
They state in emails and via NRS (hearing impeded) that the mail ended up
Intercepted at a Suburb RIGHT BESIDE ASHFIELD.
Legal Aid envelope ; AP alleged was received by a certain person ; the
person did not even exist when I called to check. I specifically asked that the
file and case be driven from SYDNEY to keep it out of the corruption of
Nowra…. =
At the very last hour it was handed to Sharlene Nuismith of legal Aid Nowra.
She had resurfaced from a 2014 matter which she refused to handle….and
opted to ill advise “Non of your matters will reach the UN”. (she literally
repeated that in 2019 – February, during an illegal HOUSE INSPECTION which
she organised and with SCCH - it was allowed)
Housing held the covenant over that uninhabitable house and I was held to
DOMESTIC SLAVERY ….
Housing fund Legal Aid (Partially or completely) As this years is laced with Intent malice and collusion with SCCH
by Nuismith who refused to follow my instructions and application…we can rely on Probability at minimum.
YES – I am aware she can be reported to the Authorities. YES I will as soon as I get a chance…
It adds weight to my claim of - Denied fair and just legal representation at all costs.

ILL RAISE IT HERE; ILLEGAL ENTRIES INSIDE AND TO THIS UNIT;

Under the guise of “HOUSE INSPECTIONS” BY SCCH.
1. 30 October 2018 - entered under HOUSE REPAIRS
2. 23 December 2018 - denied
3. 23 January 2019 - THE VERBAL ASSAULT AND ASSAULT by Judith Price
4. February 2019 - MARCH 2019; with NUISMITH organising it….
5. MARCH 2019 - Price calls for another INSPECTION.
Discrimination and Hate Crime - not one other tenants has been FORCED
and by thuggery to endure all this “INTRUSION” “BREACH OF PRIVACY”
AND “ACCESS LAWS under the housing act”…
Housing in 2015; 32 persons to this unit in 6 months ALL DOCUMENTS
RETAINED…. Over 2016 - the same….2017 NINA KNOTT under a false
document entered by THREAT AND FALSE DOCUMENTS bringing 5 others

with her….as I was in a serious health crisis with my spine - lower lumbar
rotated….

30 January 2015; I have been entrapped (feels like Kidnap) in this unit complex since 20 January 2015
by Nina Knott and yet another false promise breached. “sign this first (A CONTRACT) then we will see about
getting you home to Victoria. If you don’t sign it you will be back into your car to live”.
SHE BLATANTLY LIED. And that is how it has been ever since. Kidnap? It sure feels like it. Causing DEBT twice a
year for 5 years is a means of entrapment. (don’t be fooled it may look like an INCREASE PSI period but it is
not)
As is Attacking my car and trashing my computers….. $$$$$ in repairs… Financial entrapped.

WE CAN NOT PULL HOUSING AND SCCH APART .. they joined in partnership and are both committing the same
crimes

I have left them joined where necessary due to “flow” / clarity issues.

TRANSFER AND FORCED RELOCATION:-

WITH NO ASSISTANCE FROM ANY CORPORATION OR SCCH - I HAD TO SOURCE EXTERNALLY safer
accommodation…. I was forced to apply for Housing in VICTORIA. On the 10th April I drove to Victoria to
apply in person….. (Damned if I do and damned if I don’t ! No – I am not paranoid = I was followed there and
back by perps I can clearly identify with IN NOWRA) and that includes THE AIR FORCE.. MECHANICAL RECEIPTS
ARE RETAINED….)
10 April 2019…..INTERFERENCE with my DOH Victoria application and requirements ? YES. The most obvious
was a letter I received on the 12 APRIL 2019 from DOH Victoria….which beat me back to Nowra (on 12 6 19)
An act and action which is mentally unstable.
It came down to WHO HAS THE GREATEST INTEREST AND CAPABILITIES in regards to Housing and Interceptions..
Tampering with my car on the 10th April…. Saw it stop at BENELLA Victoria. Alternator replace; “these things
usually only do this if oil leaks onto it….” In Nowra; problems persist : 2nd mechanic: he services Nowra police
private vehicles……. He uncovered “your fuel line is split”….. (so why didn’t the first mechanic find it??)
Alternator and Belts still cause trouble…

I would not have a need to travel to Victoria IF MY TRANSFER TO EDEN (FIRST STATED CHOICE because its
clos to the Victorian Border ) AND THAT BECAME “MERIMBULA” (because I had no assistance with the Areas
or the ZONE NUMBERS …)

I am still waiting for “PRIORITY TRANSFER” out of this dangerous dive which has caused me many health
issues.

WHAT COMMENCED THIS MATTER -

A. AN ILLEGAL INTERCEPTION AND ACCESS to my REGISTERED MAIL IN JANUARY 2019;

B. ONE ENVELOPE WAS GOING TO RPA - HOSPITAL RECORDS….
C. THE OTHER WAS FOR LEGAL AID SYDNEY and request to keep the case out of NOWRA n dur
to massive level of CRIME AND CORRUPTION HERE… Outcome = as per usual = at the last
moment the matter was swung back into NOWRA where Ms Sharlene Nuismith was
appointed YET AGAIN (from 2014 and her ill advise then). Complaint to be raised about
her played Lawyer X is about to be lodged
AUSTRALIA POST stated the mail was stopped at a suburb directly beside LAND AND
HOUSING - Ashfield and then sent to ADELAIDE…..that was the deliberate delay. It shows
us how my medical appointments are being meddled with and why and how I was
denied medical care and treatment for so long…
They alleged legal aids envelope was received by a NAMED PERSON….a call to legal aid and
the admission; “there is no one here by that name”..

THAT’S ILLEGAL INTERCEPTION ACCESS COLLUSION CONSPIRING. You will read that in conjunction with
the “Alex Pontello letter by email”

Groves Is an ex Nsw cop.

Unfortunately, I don’t have the time to read your pages of riddles and to be honest you lost my interest at the top of

NB: MY OPENING LINE READS: my email set things out perfectly. Second sentence reads "NO TUESDAY
APPOINTMENT"…..If you had of read my email thoroughly YOU WOULD HAVE SEEN THAT. Nothing untoward
there.
NB: I had stated and rejected an appointment on this particular day with JUDITH who is the housing
officer….literally……who is now working for southern cross community housing - one of the lots which was
scooped up in all THE TRANSFER of housing homes… I did not have to offer an explanation - as the day didn’t suit
me….BUT I DID so I didn’t get blamed… medical appointments all around the day.
NB: NOW I AM A RIDDLER. A BABBLER. AND HE HAS NO INTEREST IN ANYTHING I SAY BECAUSE –
ADMISSION - HE LOOSES INTEREST IN WHAT I HAVE TO SAY…. THAT’S SLANDER AND DEFAMATION AND
DISCRIMINATION and pure malice.
NB: And yet; he was supposedly attending on this day 18 12 18 at 10.10 am “to discuss ALL MY CONCERNS”.
Noting to ensure NOTHING WAS MISSED I sent all my concerns to be addressed…. So as he would be well
informed before he turned up.
I am referring your concerns to our Regional Manager, Helen McDevitt (who I have copied in). From now on, please
forward your correspondence to Helen.
Nb: AS A FURTHER SIGN OF INCOMPETENCY AND INABILITY TO HANDLE DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND MOST
DEFINITELY PERSONS WHO ‘SAY IT AS IT IS’ HE flicks me

NOTING FOR 4 YEARS SO AR NO repairs and maintenance has been carried out.

I do fear that your tenancy may not be sustainable due to you falling behind in arrears / debt so may I suggest you
focus on working with your Housing Officer to get this under control rather than wasting people’s time.
NB: Did he just say “pay up Shut up” or “ill throw you out”? In shocked alarm OMG!
NB HE HAS JUST THREATENED ME -HAS HE NOT? The amount is under questioning and for good reasons…

all he is doing is BULLYING INTIMIDATING AND FORCING ME TO PAY THEIR ALLEGED FIGURE - EXACTLY WHAT
HOUSING DID TO ME FOR 4 YEARS IN A ROW - ACCOUNTING FRAUD EMBEZZILMENT. EXTORTION.
BLACKMAIL BULLYING. INTIMIDATING HARRASSING FALSIFYING TRIBUNAL DOCUMENTS. PERJURY AND
CONTEMPT. I WAS LEFT STANDING UNEQUAL = 3 AGAINST ONE so of course they got away with everything in
2015 2015 2017 AND NOW 2018 by half the Housing staff who transferred over to southern cross housing
along with these units..
I HAVE ALREDY ADMITTED TO AN ARREARS WHICH I ACCIDENTALLY CAUSED. ITS THEIR AMOUNT WHICH IS
UNDER QUESTION AND WHICH THEY REFUSE TO DISCUSS.
I DON’T SUPPOSE ANY MEDIA PERSON HAS NOTICED THAT THE HOUSES TRANSFERRED by housing nsw
HAVE ALL BEEN IN “HOT SPOTS”… LIKE Kempsey Armidale Nowra just to name a few.

I also encourage you to talk to our Housing Officers or Helen to assist in facilitating any support you think may assist
you.
NB: IN THE SAME BREATH he adds this sentence…..like; but we know you need support in health issues AND
TO ENSURE MY TRANSFER HOME TO VICTORIA - MY HOME STATE which they have been denying me since 2015
and in line with a National Housing group =
WHICH IS ANOTHER THING I MENTIONED TO HIM.

In closing, I would like to remind you that our staff will not tolerate any form of verbal abuse or disrespectable
behaviour. Therefore, if you expect courteous and respectable service from Southern Cross, then please consider it a
two-way street.
NB: HE HAS JUST MIMMICKED MY WORDS……. “respect is earned and not handed out on a silver platter”…….
YES INDEED IT DOES WORK THAT WAY - BUT AS ALREADY PROVEN BEYOND DOUBT – ITS NOT WORKING
THAT WAY WITH ALL AND SUNDRY ABUSING THE HECK OUT OF ME and blaming me for everything….and
MEDDLING IN ALL MY GOODS SERVICES AND FACILITIES….and just caught out again….. Its is not nice to be

The male collected personal information illegally and went back to housing and shared it.
A lot of harassment came of that….

Water pouring from kitchen taps. PLUMBER attended and changed it immediately…
NO LIGHT over the rear balcony – east side. I had to supply the electrician with a globe
No light over the West side balcony at all; “oh well you have one here, that’s enough” - (east side)
Electrician; Came in to repair the ELECTRIC POWER4 POINT IN THE KITCHEN….water and electrics !
“Oh I shall replace this for your piece of mind”……

THE ENTIRE UNIT ON THE NORTH FACING SIDE ; Stopped working completely…
I was left to run extension leads from the South side to the North side to have the unit
Function.
For 6 weeks housing left the unit in that state with my life at risk - OVERLOADING the southern side…
The electrician only came running at the time and day - SATURDAY - when I CALLED ENDEAVOUR
ENERGY to find the problem … he stated and I quote “its ok I know what the problem is so Ill take it
from here”.

E. THE UNIT IS SLOWLY SLIDING DOWN THE HILL; Landslide as all the moisture sits under this unit from
the entire complex……NOXIOUS TREES (Parliament NSW) were planted and the roots are so huge they
bored their way through all PIPING causing massive problems for tenants prior to myself being placed
here…… Trees had been treated - UNPROFESSIONALLY so everything kept growing and getting into
pipes.. CRACKING CONCRETE TILES and making it appear as if the SEWER PIT in the back yard was
rising….
COUNCIL attended with probes; ‘ Its the soil erosion and moisture causing the problems’…

COUNCIL SENT IN A MALE WITH A FAKE ID……he entered the unit..illegally…

Obtained PRIVATE AND PERSONAL INFORMATION and returned to HOUSING WITH THAT
INFORMATION…..
BOTH COUNCIL AND HOUSING DID DISCRIMINATE AGAINST MY HEARING LOSS.
They - after almost 2 years - Told me to REMOVE THE CAM.
They alleged it was a CCTV - permanent fixture.
IT WAS AND IS;
A 4 v free standing web cam - it is my ears and eyes for the front door
And FOR MY SAFETY AND SECURITY;
5 YEARS IN TOTAL - 2019 IS THE 5TH YEAR OF PERSONAL VIOLENCE AGAINST ME
SINCE I HAVE BEEN IN NOWRA… that includes what housing and scch are attempting to conceal at this
complex since MARCH 2015 = as soon as I moved in here…

He suggested I HAVE A PERSON COME IN TO ASSESS THE UNIT due to the number of steps at the rear

And the HEAVY ROLLER DOOR…….. which they have refused to replace with an automatic one…
NB: I TEETER ON QUARAPLEGIA; entire spine is broken out of alignment……… Housing have known
about this since 2006………. They had 95 pages of medical evidence in 2014….
and both hands required operations…. Ie; bone rubbing on bone collapsed carpels

on 5 th February 2018; DURING AN ILLEGAL ENTRY BY NINA KNOTT AND 4 OTHERS; including the
locksmith - who then threatened to “Break the door down” = with nina knott standing there with all the
keys in her hand……. She entered under a TRIBUNAL ORDER…..it was not = it was the information on a
court order which the Blonde female gave to the Sparkie who went off and placed into my letter box on
this day…..

over the power metre and reported it to NOWRA POLICE….
5. I found old Ken (or Keith – im hopeless with remembering names) who was in Unit 5 when I first came
here - with BLACK OUT BLINDS and he sitting with EAR PHONES ON to drown out Wilkinson and smiths
racket. FIREWORKS was being discharged all around him. He had a triple bypass operation = HE DIED.
6. Old Keith in this unit; he also had disagreements with Wilkinson OVER THE GARDEN…Wilkinson has
played garden warden since I have been here…. Keith’s WIFE DIED…..before he….
He died and that is how I came to be placed deliberately in here…

There are tell tale signs of a real struggle and criminal misconduct by Wilkinson and Smith well before I got
here…
4 YEARS ALMOST 24/7 of their reign of hell - I sat in total silence for 3.5 years at this complex alone.. until
my health declined so badly…it caused ANXIETY and severe stress on my heart …..and KNOTT AND
BURKE then attributed it – half onto me.
Its only me - right?

HELL….no safety and no security = no door shuts and locks properly…if repaired it only
takes x amount of time before I find them wide open again!

Noting; I am aware of NRAS which I have been kept unaware of…even by HELEN MCDEVITT of Scch.
Correspondence with the social welfare minister is inclusive…Unfortunately that involved a past
member of the DEFENCE FORCE and the name HELEN McDevitt’s appeared under NRAS as the
Manager for Community Housing….. It would make the offence in the written letter from “Helen
McDevitt” even worse…

I WOULD LIKE ONE CONTACT - a decent compassionate human - within Housing - who can handle all
matters relating to my occupancy. A legitimate contact - an email address for the person and minus all
the harassment and intimidation hacking and interference….illegal interception and access’s….
Unless of course we hand over my account to FAIR TRADING TO HANDLE permanently UNTIL I
Terminate tenancy etc.

I would like my removal costs paid for. Management decision.

As NDIS has been denied - but the slander continues ie; “Loony”……
I have no option but to request assistance via the managers decision.
Any person with an ounce of logic will identify with the need for assistance due to medical conditions
etc…
HOUSING NSW allege “It is the type of house you and your Doctor have asked for which will delay
things”.
Then provide a home close to the requirements and modify it!!!!!!!
