Slow digestion Diabetes Arthritis Not enough pitta (Pitta means “fire” in Stress Ayurveda. This could mean hyper Depression metabolism, a very aggressive Low blood pressure personality, a fever, etc.)
Some people cannot roll their tongue. If this is the case, practice Sheetkari instead
TECHNIQUE:
Sit up straight in a comfortable position
Stick your tongue out and roll it into a tube Inhale through the mouth, feeling the air come through the tube of your tongue Pull your tongue in and close your mouth Exhale through your nose Take 10 to 20 breaths like this
