SOP 1

1. I experience serving food to the guest and communicate with them.


2. Because we experienced lot of things in our workplace.
3. Working is fun because you will experience lot of things.
4. Working is hard but amazing and fun. You can develop your skills.
5. I have experienced to socialize with other people and my co-worker. I gained
confidence because I experienced OJT and I will be ready.

1. I learned that working is hard and difficult but fun.

5. That all of the things is not easy. You need to practice so that you will learn.

1. For us, a TVL student, it is an advantage for us because if we are going to study
in college we can work because we have OJT experience and NC II.
2. I have experienced being a waiter and it’s a n advantage for me because I can
work
3. I have learned a lot like how to socialize with other people and experienced as
waiter and food attendant.
4. In our FBS (Food and Beverages Services), I learned how to carry a tray of food.

1. I experience an extraordinary OJT (On-The-Job).


2. It develop me positively through realizing the real situation as an employee and
negatively because I did not do my best in my work.
