SWORN AFFIDAVIT

I, Dionabel P. Bocayao, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of Purok

Kaisahan, Sum-ag, Bacolod City, hereby depose and say:

1. That I know the person of Christine Marie Nacionales Abrico

(Tin-tin for brevity);

2. That I have known her for over two (2) years because I am
obtaining cash loans and Gaisano Purchase Order Cards from
other persons through her;

3. That on or about June 2018, I obtained a cash loan from Ms.

Genelyn Real (Ging-ging for brevity) in the amount of fifteen
thousand (Php15,000.00) payable in four months with a twenty
percent interest per month;

4. That on October 8, 2018, such loan has already been fully paid,
the principal of fifteen thousand pesos plus the twenty percent
interest for the last month was given to her for payment to Ging-
ging;

5. That around September 2018, I obtained another loan from

Ging-ging, again through Tin-tin, in the amount of ten thousand
pesos (Php10,000.00);

6. That the loan I obtained last September 2018 has been fully paid
on November of the same year. Again, the principal amount and
the interest for the last month was given to Tin-tin;

7. Subsequently, I asked Tin-tin to tell Ging-ging that I would like

to renew my loan but the former said that “Indi na mag pa renew
si Ging-ging kay gina tipon niya na tanan nga kuwarta.”;

8. That relying upon her words, I did not renew or obtain another
loan from Ging-ging. Hence, I told her that I would like to get the
photocopy of my Voter’s ID which I passed to Ging-ging as a
requisite in obtaining a loan;

9. That Tin-tin said “Pabay-e na lang to ID lang man to.” Thus, I was
not able to get back the photocopy of my ID;
 10. That on January 6, 2019, Ging-ging called me and told me that
I have a cash loan due to her which was obtained last December
20, 2018;

11. That upon learning such news, I denied obtaining such loan
stating that Tin-tin told me that Ging-ging would not allow me
to renew my loan anymore;

12. That right then and there, I realized that Tin-tin did not
return the photocopy of my ID because she wanted to obtain a
loan under my name without my knowledge;

13. That after learning such news, I tried to contact Tin-tin to ask
her about the loan under my name, but to no avail, there was no
reply on her part;

14. That until now, she has not contacted me nor came to see me
face to face;

15. That I am executing this affidavit to prove the truthfulness of

Ging-ging’s claim against Tin-tin and to clear my name from
obtaining a loan on December 20, 2018 as well as for whatever
legal purpose this affidavit may serve best.
