Email Marketing

Automation SOP

Time spent – 20.5 hours

Notice period – two weeks

1. Brief to be provided by the Manager of the function – 30 mins


2. MOM to be sent out after
3. Email flow – 4 hours
4. Email content creation and iterations – 8 hours
5. Automation execution in LSQ and testing – 8 hours

Email Campaign SOP

Time Spent – 3 hours

Notice Period – 1 day

1. Brief to be provided by the Manager (to include TA and email message) – 30 mins
2. MOM to be sent out after
3. Email creation – 2 hours
4. Email campaign setup – 30 mins
5. Report in 3 days

LSQ Setup

Time spent – On a rolling basis

Notice Period – 1 week in advance of LSQ setup

1. Brief to be given by Manager regarding functionality required, no of users, logic to be followed


while setting up the sales funnel. (Initial setup)
2. Strategy once designed and implemented will not be changed before a quarter unless causing
serious issues in sales process.
3. New users to be added need to be identified 5 days before joining the team so that appropriate
changes can be made in the system to accommodate the new user.
4. New rules and automations will be implemented by the Admins to suit the strategy discussed
with the Managers in the initial setup. The strategy will not be altered unless explicit approval
from function head and/or Jaideep
3rd Party Integration with LSQ

Time Spent – Undefined

Notice Period – 1 week in advance of LSQ setup

1. Request to be submitted over email for any 3rd party integration required with LSQ.
2. All parameters regarding integration will be discussed between LSQ admins and the tech team.
3. After discussion with the vendor a tentative timeline will be shared with the Manager.

Lead generation
FB ads

Time Spent – 5-7 hours

Notice Period – 2 days before launch

1. Request to be submitted ideally at the start of every month in the format to be shared with the
manager. To include – TG, Content idea, Budget, Lead information to be captured and any other
points.
2. Ad copy to be created and finalized – 2 hours
3. Ad design to be created and finalized – 4 - 24 hours depending on Praveen/Kiran’s availability
4. Ad publication – 30 min
5. Report in 3 days

AdWords

Time Spent – 5-7 hours
