Motion to Withdraw Complaint

Complainant, through counsel, unto this Honorable Office, most
respectfully states: That –

1. To recall, a complaint for Grave Misconduct Duty was filed by

XXXXXX against YYYYY on June 20, 2019.

2. However, after having thoroughly considered the facts and

circumstances surrounding the case, complainants realized that
the case filed against the said respondents were merely on
account of misunderstanding and misapprehension of the facts.

3. Besides, the issue is between neighbors. Hence, to continue the

same will not give peace of mind to everyone.

4. Because of the above-mentioned reasons, complainants are

requesting for the withdrawal of the Complaint and/or dismissal
of the case against YYYYYYY, as they are no longer interested
in prosecuting the aforementioned case against him nor testify
against them. And, will further desisting therefrom.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, in the interest of justice, it is most respectfully

prayed of this Honorable Office that Complainants’ Motion to
Withdraw Complaint against YYYYYY, be GRANTED.

premises.
