Dear Maam Mich,

Good Day! For the months have passed that I have served this company I have learn a lot of lessons in
here. I have been expert in my field with the help and knowledge that Johndorf gives to me. But I have
decided to resign in my post because I want to explore what other things I am capable of. Yes its true
Johndorf was my first mentor who molds me for who I am right now and I am thankful for that. Its been
an honor serving this company and I hope what I learn from here can be an additional tool for me in
exploring what other things I am capable of. My last post is 1 month after this date. Thank you and God
