PRESENTACION
Los seccionadores bajo carga de la serie LVP son de tipo a soplo de aire
automático, de construcción simple y robusta.
Responde a las normas de fabricación IEC-265-420. Resultado de una
larga experiencia constructiva garantizan una elevada confiabilidad de
utilización y mantenimiento prácticamente nulo Estos aparatos
solucionan en forma económica y segura los problemas de distribución
en media tensión, teniendo varios usos como: maniobra y protección
de transformadores, cables y líneas.
Se disponen las siguientes ejecuciones:
LVP: previsto para maniobra de cierre y apertura con velocidad
independiente del operador efectuada en forma manual o a motor.
LVP-I: ídem LVP, con la posibilidad de efectuar maniobras de apertura a
distancia a través de la bobina de desenganche.
LVP-IV: integrado con base portafusible para colocar fusible de alto
poder de interrupción. La intervención de cualquiera de los fusibles
provoca la apertura automática del seccionador.
LVPr; LVP-Ir; LVP- IVR: de ancho reducido, las características son
similares a las ejecuciones anteriormente descriptas, las distancias entre
fases se reducen y se agregan dos placas separadoras de material
aislante.
La particularidad de este tipo de seccionador consiste en su
funcionamiento, el movimiento de los pistones comandados por ejes de
maniobras autogenera un violento chorro de aire que actúa sobre el
arco, lo desioniza y lo apaga rápidamente. Como canal de generación de
aire se utiliza el mismo aislador donde se montan los contactos fijos.
Este sistema no sufre con el tiempo apreciables alteraciones y no se
presentan inconvenientes en su prestación. En caso de necesidad todos
sus componentes principales son fácilmente substituibles.

DESCRIPTION
The LVP seriestripolar switches activate under load belong to the automatic
air- blast type, and their construction is very simple and strong, complying with
construction standards IEC-265-420.
The results of a longstanding designing expertise, they guarantee hogh
reliability and practically no manteinance.
These appliances are a reliable and economical solution for medium voltage
distribution problem, in applications such as the control and proteccion of
transformers, lines and cables.
The following options are available:
LVP: designed for manual or motorized opening and closing control at
operator- independent speed.
LVP-I: same as LVP above; offers the possibility of performing remote opening-
control by means of the release coil.
LVP-IV: integrated; with fuse base for fitting high interruption-power fuse.The
intervention of any of fuses automatically opens the switch.
LVPr; LVP-Ir; LVP- IVR: reduced width; its features are similar to those
describes above.The distance between phases is reduced and two separating
sheets of insulating material are added.
The particular feature of this tripolar switches is its operation- the movement
of pistons controlled by the operation shafts self-generate a strong air blast
acting upon the arc, desionizing it and switching it off inmediately.
The air generation channel is the same isolator on which the fixed contacts are
mounted.
This system does not suffer noticeable alterations with time and its
performance is reliable. If it should happen to be necessary, all main
components are easily replaceable.
