 This letter from Don Lindblad to Steve Marquedant has been attached mainly to show that Earl Blackburn requested that
Don Lindblad write the report to which this is attached, but some additional notations have been made.

Tom was preaching at PRBC in September 2001 but didn't begin counseling until 11/29/2001.
